You just turn off hose and then when it retracts the water in the hose is expelled allowing it to fit in nicely. Make sure nozzle is open

Little tip if you are struggling to get the hose bits on use a little Washing up liquid to help.

Got one fitted yesterday and it keeps swinging out from the wall. Driving me nuts. I hate it and havent even used it yet, lol

Yes mine does that too, does not stay in place when pushed against the wall it swings back out, have you found a fix?

Mine does not retratct all the way back it leaves 2-3 metres out. I have only used it once and I am having issues. I have tried pulling it all the way out but this is very upsetting. HELP!!
