  I have followed Phil’s instructions but the water cuts off too early, for instance, set for 180 minutes, cuts off after 60, and whatever time I set it will not run full course. Any ideas and thanks in advance

  The Auto Reel construction is TOTALLY different to the Auto Reel I purchased today?! Has the device been updated, if so You need to replace this video with new installation instructions!!😐

  I've done this and it leaks between the tap connector and hose end. Have I done it too loose or too tight?

  Perhaps he should have explained he was left handed as if you follow the video exactly you will have the rewind handle on the left side. The instructions with the hose also make fitting the first step. Luckily I didn't as once fitted it is irreversible. Leave this step until you have decided exactly where you are going to place the unit.

  Just got one of these. Must admit I put a wardrobe up quicker. What a shit product. From the instructions given I was just about to cut the hose from the front nozzle. All I want to do is water my lawn ffs

  I'm so glad I bought this, delivery was delayed as the first parcel was lost, but it's a quality product, which is what I had hoped. A massive improvement on my old one, which seemed to be always coming apart, getting holes in and getting twisted if I moved it around. Highly recommended.

  Not a great video, I want to see how it works not just an example of each pattern! Is it just on/off for each pattern, or can you still adjust flow rate? Does it twist through each function gradually to adjust the closeness of the jet and the angle of the cone?

  It's to give you a length for connecting the wheel to the tap. If you have a bit of old hose you can use that instead and keep it full length if you wish.

  I've bought a hozelock sensor controll plus and think the instructions are absolutely useless and can neither get it to work of find a review on it.

  You just turn off hose and then when it retracts the water in the hose is expelled allowing it to fit in nicely. Make sure nozzle is open

  Completely agree that this video is essential. It SHOULD come already set up. As a female pensioner with arthritis in both hands, I found putting connections onto hoses very difficult and outright painful.

  Just connected one of these for the first time with my outside tap to my Karcher K2. Took me 10 mins figuring out how to screw on the threaded connector. I wish I found this video beforehand!

  A friend of mine has just purchased one of these in 2024 , diabolical instructions and to assemble. No wonder it doesn't come ready to use out the box. Even difficult to release the pump handle from the assembly that screws onto the top of the container and the lance nozzles assembly is something else. Seems complication for the sake of complication.

  The assembly process is rushed in this video, not enough time to actually process step by step. It would be handy to pause a few seconds longer in the editing. I had to keep stopping the frames to clarify.
