There's only two things I focussed on and it helped me to grow back my hair: 1. Lowering the factors that cause hair fall like anxiety, fried and spicy food, smoking. 2. Stimulating the factors that cause hair growth like adding Coco Onion oil and shampoo, using reactivate hair growth serum of litlleextra, hydration, fresh fruits, and vegetables.. Whatever the reason there is usually a solution to grow your hair. Just remain confident and don’t stress over it.

I improved my hair by following all these things: Including more and more vitaminC in form of lemon, orange, kiwi, 8 hours of enough sleep everyday, have nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts in limited, you can also have fish like sardines, salmon. Exercise at least 30 mins daily. Using organic oil, neem wood comb, massager for scalp by Littleextra Cooconion two times a week. All this is good for hair fall control.

Your hair is like a dream come true so amazing 😻

I wont be bother wearing those expensive products i tell you the key "its in your genes not in the product" 😂

Usually after you shampoo if you apply conditioner on soaking wet hair it makes it hard to stay on... instead squeeze all the water out apply conditioner leave it on for 2 to 3 mins to see conditioner works its magic... 😍 Hope this was helpful pls keep supporting 🙏 And Subscribe my channel ❤

I have best results with cold (or only very little warm) water . I rinse with apple vinegar +cold water and my hair loves it. Shines.

When u use normal - conditioner you rinse with water. If it is a "leave in - conditioner" you do not rinse. Constructions are usually written on the product.

U must be using harsh shampoo or frequent shampoo do proper oiling keep it overnight.... Shampoo once or twice a week and pour shampoo in mug dilute it with water and apply only on scalp not on the ends ... Apply conditioner on ends twice n use serum as well..

Head n shoulder is anti dandruff shampoo it's drying shampoo u can use mildy shampoo n try nice hair conditioner apply it 2 times which is specially for splitends serum u can use streax n oil your hair regularly don't forget to apply on lengths of your hair..
