I think you would benefit massively from a transplant. Not bringing your hairline forward but just 1500-2000 graft to the top to make it thicker. Stick won’t he routine after and I think you would be shocked

Can you reverse hair loss at the age of 42 ?

At this point, you should get a hair transplant bro. At some point your gains will stop and you will simply maintain what you have. You are one hair transplant away from having phenomenal hair.

Hi Zeph. Been following your videos religiously since I stumbled across them. Can u do a small routine of stamping or dermal rolling? Beginning with sanitising them and storage. Would really appreciate that. Thanks

For me minoxidil 5% didn't show visible hair growth, except that it helped not to fall off. BUT rosemary oil seems to actually work! After over 1 week of using rosemary oil before sleep as a spray, i can see new small hairs where i did not have any.

Thank you! I have been dealing with thinning hair as I age, and my adhd makes it difficult to set schedules and all that. This is super helpful!

Zeph, I have been following you for nearly 2 years. Your journey has inspired me to try all of your suggestions. I got a FUE in February of 2015, but I want fuller hair without another procedure. I added topical min/fin from Happy Head last July. After about 3 months I started seeing results. The progress has continued. My hair has definitely thickened overall. Supposedly, I must wait about two years to see full effect of the topical min/fin. I am 58, so I am trying to not be unrealistic. Since I use hair root/shadow I feel so much better about my hair. I had been wearing hats way too much and always unsatisfied with pics of me.

A very important disclosure when using Minoxidil on any %, first you might experience the side effects such as more hair falling out, but after using it a few months (up to 6) you will see results. It's very important to be consistent and not give up if you see more hair falling out
