  I don't really understand people hating on this. like, for example, when you get older, you gain weight easier. so do you stop working out and just 'accept it'? no, you don't. So why should this be any different? It's something that is naturally happening to your body as you get older. If there is something you can do to slow that effect, or even somewhat reverse it, why would that be bad? I mean, yeah, it obviously takes effort, just like working out does, but putting in consistent work is what gets overall results. i have also seen people giving the argument that going to the gym should be mandatory, but something like losing your hair should just be accepted because it does not effect your actual health... well, i would argue that losing your hair has a huge impact on your mental health, and that immediately translates to your physical health. what happens when you start losing your hair and are embarrassed to go to the gym anymore? then you just start letting yourself go entirely. That is just an example, of course, but I think most people can see what I mean... with that being said, I'm neither balding, nor a man, so I can't exactly relate to this, but I am almost 34 years old, so i can understand how time effects your body, regardless of what it is specifically... 😅 cool video! nice results! I know that takes time and dedication! :3
