Just checked the tools in my 2010 Mp3. And yes I found the shock adjustment tool. Great video. And also works on Mp3 models. Probably all scooters from piaggio group.

I set my shock for high luggage and passer because first owner had it set low and put a hole in trunk! I patch it up and sound proof with damer!

Does adjusting the preload solve the bumping of the exhaust/cvt box to the side skirt when installed with lowering bracket? Thanks! I own a Primavera, btw.

That Cresent shaped tool doesn't exist in our tool kit in India ..........why ? 🤔

Should be called "ride height adjustment" because it does absolutely nothing for suspension stiffness. It only adjust the ride height.
