HomeKit cameras automatically show up

that's my first HomeKit device and I have struggled how to added it to Home app directly 🙄 of course even Apple Support was unable to find solution 🤷 thanks for uploading this tutorial 👍

@@MATechKZread ok one issue is solved but I have new one 🤓 I’m mean I’m not sure it’s “bug or feature”. on your iPhone, do you see this camera preview in control centre? Im asking because, in my case, space dedicated for HomeKit device is empty, camer is not listed there

I am not able to add eufy pan&tilt solo to HomeKit.. what are prerequisite for this ?

What happens when you try?

Is it possible to delete the Eufy account and app and continue to use it only through Apple Homekit?

The app yes, the account I’m not sure as haven’t tried. If you do have any issues with the camera you’d probably need the eufy app to get it working again.

Hello, Quick question i have this camara and when im not in my home, i cant play camara with my celular data or connected in to another wifi connection, only works on the Eufy app. Do you know why happen this?

You need a working home hub, if the home app doesn’t work then it’s because you either don’t have a home hub or the one you have isn’t working correctly.

Heyyy i deleted from the homekit but when i go back to eufy it doesn’t delete from there what can i do ???

There is a HA plug-in for eufy, install that and it’ll show all eufy cameras for you.

No, I don’t deal with HA on this channel, there’s plenty of HA channels so you’re best to search one of those as I won’t have time to troubleshoot anything that may go wrong (and usually does with home assistant).

Trying to do the SAME thing and it is saying: "Make sure your accessory is powered on and CONNECTED TO YOUR ROUTER with and Ethernet CABLE (?), THEN TRY AGAIN". whaaaat? the cam cannot connect with my router with a cable!!!
