這是用在來米而做的除米粉外還可以做其他的米食，例如把前面的米漿混合炒熟的蘿蔔絲就可以做成蘿蔔糕；混炒熟的芋頭就是芋粿；直接倒在碗裡就是碗糕 還有如果把在來米換成糯米就是麻薯，染紅包紅豆餡就是紅龜粿

I am an ex Taiwan rice noodles factory worker and seeing this vid.makes me feel nostalgic.even though our employer is a nagger still i missed my daily routine.from carrying 40 to 50 sacks of flour every afternoon and morning to mixing cooking cutting weighting then drying packing to boxing.damn!i was fast and i can't imagine how i did all that in 1yr and 7mos.the problem was our employer.he don't have plans adding man power.too much women,women can't carry or do heavy task.they're just good in weighing.Hsinchu taiwan ming-hao industry chenggong road #500

@@whoisrem2873 We do this in South India called Idiyappam except last drying...we use rice flour off the shelf,very fine ones, dry fry add hot water mix gently sieve through then steam the rice hoppers hot or cold us a staple food for old and kid alike. We serve with hot coconut chutney, coconut milk, vegetable stew,

I never knew how the Rices Noodle made. It’s completely blowing my mind. Wow! Now I know why the rice noodles are so tasty. It was such hard work. Amazing! I am French, but my mother is Taiwanese. She always likes to cooked stir-fry rice noodles for the family. It’s my favourite Chinese food.

In Karnataka also, it's our very traditional breakfast. We call akki Shavuge ( rice noodle or vermicelli) it can be eat with coconut milk ( coconut+Jaggery) Ghee plus Jaggery, With spicy chetnis.. all goes well.! I guess, South Indian, North East Indian & Thai, Viet, Loes, Combo, Burmies have similar cuisines which mostly from Rice. North India, middle india, north west, upto Iran has same type of food which use wheat origin. Roti to Turkeish bread.
