One thing I do is: I brought my children a phone and sim card so I have direct contact with them, if you have to make contact with her make sure it's only about the kids and don't use the kids as an excuse to reach out to her and if you have to be in her presences keep all form of conversation focused on the kids; don't start asking how her day went or do you miss me, stuff like that.

How does no contact work when she comes to you work place

My ex blocked me after ignoring her text about why I didn’t wish a happy birthday. Tho I’ve been begging and pleading for months then I suddenly stopped and went on no contact, 2 months on her birthday it was her birthday, I decided not to wish her and send she sent text her in a very rude way asking why but I ignored it then she blocked her few hours later

I have been in no contact for a 4 weeks until one day while I was at work I was in a crutch position and my stupid iPhone accidentally call my ex three times and I didn’t find out until I took my phone out of my pocket and I just quickly hanged up. Then I messaged her that it was an accident and I butt dialed her, Then later on i message her again explaining that it was an accident and that I had her Number under my Medical emergency ID thing and that’s what happened and that it will never happen again in the future and sorry told bother her and wish her a good night. Even though she did not respond ,but still it’s not like I was trying to contact her but I had to make this clear but oh man this feeling kind of sucks but once again. It’s just a feeling of not trying to bother them because you’re trying to give them their space leave them alone and I was doing good at it which I will continue . I’m going back to no contact again.I’m just making sure that any of those or anything like that doesn’t happen again. I need to be more careful hopefully I did it right but that’s pretty much it.

@@fj4731 If she broke up with you then I would suggest not breaking NC ever and start moving that energy to yourself, like working out, going out with friends and family, and so on. In my case I cant really date anyone yet but im no longer depressed. Remember, best revenge is success. If you break NC and get a "No" again, you will fall back again into day one of depression and start over. I know its hard bro, she was my first ever GF and I was hers and we were about to get engaged and dont really know what happened. Was extremelly depressed the first 2 months but time do wonders. Good luck

No. Total no contact DOES NOT WORK! It makes her think you do not care at all about her and that she is done. Out of pure female Ego, she will never reach out. What works is very limited contact and MASSIVE SELF WORK. Living your best life, not worrying about what people thing, getting that career progression, hitting gym goals, and basically accepting that it's NOT MASCULINE to fix something someone else broke off. If she reaches out, state : Great to hear from you, why don't you call me some time after work, not into typing. Then when she does, capitalize on her not being 100% about it by you being 100% and setting a real date. If she flakes, do a takeaway, say you havent' reached so I went to the gym, talk to you later. If you have a date, act like it's a completely new situation, shoot pool, do bowling, go to the gun range. Your previous relationship is OVER! Your new one might start. What you want to do is give her bits of hope, but not be her friend. Remember girls get 50x more attention then guys. No contact has worked several times for me. I understand yall are hurt. It's okay. We all been there. Just keep doing you. More times than not they will come back. I first heard of no contact 2 years ago. Since I've been conscious of that I've noticed that 3 different ex's came back trying to reconcile with me. All 3 of them left me with no explanation after blocking me when I was trying to talk to them. All singing similar songs. They didn't realize what they had in me until time went by and they no longer had what I gave them in their lives. Even after dating other people they couldn't shake me. No contact definitely works but like I said, before I saw it for myself I was a skeptic like yall.
