As a lifelong Nuggets fan that never thought we could do it, I’ve basked in the post-champion glory for weeks and weeks, watching just about every KZread video chronicling the journey…but this, THIS video right here got me ready to run through a fk’n brick wall with tears of disbelief and joy running down my face. I realize that Jokic has another powerful weapon: EQ (emotional quotation) because he does understand how his teammates are feeling when they are playing the game. He is blessed with humility, unselfishness, simplicity and indifference of statistics. That is why his former and current teammates love and respect him so much. No wonder, Denver Nuggets is a most powerful team.

What I love about this guy is he understands team work and a team will always beat a collection of individuals. I quit watching nba when we had Carmelo because he never passed once he got the ball. I hope he changes the culture of the future players into a well rounded teammates

People dont like jokic because hes a 6'10 or 7 ft larry bird. Nothing but the fundementals and extreme good court view and passing. With the ability to lead in scoring or assist whenever he feels like it . Thats why people didnt like bird much and perfer magic over him. Because normies cant understand him

Joikic might make it look simple but that simplicity is an illusion. This man is a freaking genius and we have not seen the likes of him ever before. In every moment of the game he calculates various options and at a freakish % chooses and creates the right one. Look at his passes alone, the variety of the pass delivery, one handed, touch passes, two handed, bounce passes with myriads different angles. Different speeds, different release points. Sometimes he waits forever until he sees an opening he likes, sometimes it is super quick touch pass, and every speed in between. He has to decide if passing is better than scoring himself (he has the highest shooting % after all), he has to make a decision which move and countermove to employ, since has countless. Computing all these countless options and invariably ending up with the correct one (most of the times) is not simple, it is genius. We are all privileged to live at a time where we can watch this man play.

The first time I saw this guy play I knew he would be great. I don't understand how so many prognosticators got him wrong. His game is pure.

I knew Jokic was legit, but never thought he was this great!! he lead his team in all categories for the season is just crazy, these are numbers we use to hear from Jordan and Hakeem, but all categories never seen this before

Perhaps the best video about Jokić I’ve ever seen and I'we watched a ton of them! What I find fascinating is that if it was up to Nikola he would never have played professional basketball, instead he would be in some stable maniging around horses! His father had to organize a conspiracy of a kind to force him to train and look at him today!

Such a dominant run by Jokic one of most dominant by a single player ever. And after he was doubted for so many years 3v3n after getting MVP. Feels good for fans like me who followed him since first NBA season

I really appreciate the way the Nuggets play the game. Keeping injured players, bringing them back to health, sharing the ball to teammates, which led to everybody having the opportunity to contribute to the win. Loved how they stayed focused thru all the MVP BS. All the "professional" yackers getting it wrong, Joker and the entire team made their opponents pay.

Small market teams pretty much don't have a choice really, no star wanted ever to go to Utah, Denver, Milwaukee etc. Now, with the new Collective Agreement it might change a bit, hopefully. It shifts from paying extra to scouting, drafting and development.

Hopefully they can win more championships.

Jokic is the true meaning of "letting the game come to him." Footwork, awareness, touch, and hustle is a thing of beauty. I really liked the editing in this video! The callbacks and recent events alongside those “analysts” throwing all they can at him except for praise. I totally see Jokic one day, after winning 7 straight championships and who knows how many more records, in the words of a humbled Forrest Gump running across America after meeting the president, just say “I’m pretty tired. I think I’ll go home now."

They gotta keep AG, KCP and MPJ. MPJ can for sure develop his defensive and blocking skills. Along with KCP and AG they will be a defensive force. There has NEVER been a player like Jokic in NBA history. The closest thing is probably Larry Bird but he takes it up a notch from there. This guy is unstoppable and never jumps to good luck injuring him. Jokic is the first player since Lebron that think can be the best player in NBA history. He is contributing to 60-70 points MINIMUM per game. Just imagine if he gets another star around him. He really has ONE other top level player on his team and he won the championship. Nuggets need to pick up another great player to contribute and they can be a dynasty for a decade.

Other teams I have rooted for were down by 15 going into the 4th quarter, I had a little hope they could win. With Jokic on the court I feel they are going to win. When he goes into high gear there is no stopping him.

Jokic reminds me Conor McGregor's famous quote, after knocking Jose Aldo out in 13 seconds: "precision beats power, timing beats speed"

Nikola Jokic deserves all his mvp awards, he can do pretty much everything on the court and don't need to jump high or run fast or be strong like Shaq.... And still breaking new NBA records and also having amazing and new stats in playoffs and finals that not even MJ had before... I think people like K. Perkins are just jealous of Jokic unique talents... Lol

Perk sucks and all but honestly think Jokic intentionally tanked his chances for a third consecutive MVP. He basically took off the least 15 games to rest but also to drop out of MVP consideration. The dialogue had become so toxic and was only going to get worse if he won a third and potentially become a distraction from winning the championship.

It would have been great to include the Devin Booker quote saying "He can get 50 all he wants as long as we get the win". But Jokic still won the series, proving him wrong.

My favorite memory of Jokic was when he attacked that player from behind, knocking them down. The player didn't get up they were injured. It was a season ending injury. Good times.

He deserved both his MVPs looking at the supporting cast he was playing with. He deserved his third MVP because he showed up and played against the other MVP candidates, unlike Joel Embiid who decided to sit out in Denver even though Jokic came to Philadelphia and played.

They didn't immediately know the cause. They soon realized that it was after one game where he spent an hour signing autographs.
