Hi mam i am a fresher 2022 batch got selected in accenture and got doj as 24th oct i heard that 1 week before the doj we have to submit the required documents but recently i moved to a new House and i changed my adhar to the new address but didnot change my passport and voter id address even if i apply now it takes time and i think i will not be able to submit my passport and voterid before my doj is there any chance that i will be given time to submit after my doj... I have more than 15 years exp and always cleared background checks. But in last company they said that the degree is no longer valid although it was valid that time so what should i do if university refused to do marksheet verification and said the reason being the student has pursued education from colleges that are not affiliated currently. I did RTI and then got this reason from university as above that since I pursued from former institutions that are not affiliated anymore they are not doing or in position to verify marksheet. I was asked to resign of not clearing bsckground check although it is not my fault.

Hi, I have one doubt, I've work experience from 2019 to till now. I have all the proper experience relieving letter for these 5 years, but in 2017 after finishing the college I did two jobs for survival, I didn't even have the knowledge or aware of leaving proper. Now the all the companies are using EPFO bgv in that service history those two jobs are visible. I've requested those companies they're not even responding because I didn't work more minimum 6 months. Is there any idea/solution/advice

Mine 1st employer terminated me with no rehire, They gave me both Resignation Acceptance Letter , termination Letter and normal Releiving Letter. so every single time when I go for a new employer there is red flag raised because of 1st employer. I tried to hide my 1st employer but my UAN is linked to it , so cant even Hide that nor can show. Please help me I am really frustrated because of this.

Madam please help ....I am having problem in UAN ........First I joined 'A' company in 12th August 2018 , it was a small company & no PF ....I not had more work .....in between after 2 months that is 16th October 2018 , I joined a small company ' B ' just to do part time work - bcoz work was less ......& I informed this to Company 'A' & I worked both in Company A & company B as parttime.....but this company 'B' had PF & they created my UAN ....but after some time in February 2019 , I left company 'B' due to some office issues & I not got any relieve or experience letter .....then I continued my work in Company 'A' as usual .....I left this company 'A' in March 2023 ......& now I am joining a new big MNC .....these both companies A & B overlap for some months & it's kind of dual job which I was not aware of .......But my company 'A' has no PF , but company 'B' had PF & created my UAN.....I not mentioned company 'B' details in resume bcoz it was just for 4 months & I not got relieve or experience letter of company B......Will this be a problem in background verification when I am joining new big MNC ?? When I applied in Accenture for ASE role I was a MTech fresher. During the recruitment process of almost 3 months I cleared all the rounds and now I will receive the Task mail. But recently 10 days ago I joined a company having contract of 2 years but I want to leave this company and join Accenture. Should I mention my current employment? My current company will create a new UAN also for me.

You have not mentioned a lot potential information in your question - For Ex: it's been how many days you joined this company with 2 years bond? Have you received any salary from this company yet? I am sure there must be some monetary part which you've to pay if you're breaching the bond (if company has this provision) - if you're fine with it, then definitely you can leave this company & join Accenture. And also you should mention that I was working in so & so company & your reason for leaving while interviewing with Accenture. Its not a big deal as long as you are true to your provided details. But if your UAN gets created by the company, then DO NOT exclude this company from your work history, as anyways it will pop-up in your EPFO account.

A doubt related to employment verification: Do they ask contact reference of all the companies we ever worked in the past? When I joined my current company, which is an IT firm but not MNC, I submitted contacts of only last two companies out of 6 companies I worked so far. And the verification was successful bcz I provided geniune data on joining, designation, and departure. However when it comes to Accenture, Deloitte and other such tech giants, will they ask references of all the 6 or 7 companies or only last two companies? I'm asking this bcz I often fake my duration details and also merge experiences to hide frequent switches so will it even matter? Please help

Hi mam, this is a serious questions that going in my mind, I have applied for tech mahindra off campus drive, and I received mail for 1 St round, but I failed in that round, after 2 months, I have applied to same off campus drive in tech mahindra with the same mail id, University registration number and Phone number, by luck I got assessment mail again now, I have completed all the round, and waiting for baground verification, now my question is will they find my previous application in baground check?? Please reply mam, this will be helpful for me

Hey, please help in this They asked me to submit provisional certificate, i did submitted the certificate but by university fault, they mistakenly printed my mother name instead of father name on hard copy ( On RGPV portal everything is okay). am i going to face any problem in BGV due to this ?

Hi mam, I have mentioned 3 months internship experience in a company I am going to join. They are asking for a relieving letter or experience letter for the same. But I didn't complete my internship as I stopped it In between so I don't have a relieving letter or experience letter for it . Will this be a problem in background verification?

@@CareerChrome I have attached internship offer letter and Background verification is showing initiated after that, my worry is that if they connect with the previous company where I was doing internship what will happen as I am absconded from the previous company?

Have you cleared the BGV in intership period

Maine resign kia tha 22nd feb, ushke baad next day se office nei gaya. Mujhe 3 months ka salary denapada company ko and ushke baad mujhe relieving letter mila and relieving date 18th March kar dia. Mera PF portal pe overlapping issue show kar raha hai Kiu ki maine 23rdFeb se dushra company join kia tha. Maine bola tha relieving letter pe last Working day 22nd feb karo Kiu ki maine 23rd feb se office nei Gaya and mujhe 22nd feb Tak hi salary mila tha. But wo log update nei kar raha hai. Abhi Mai kya karu please help me. Aagar me future me Aur ek dushra company join karu toh wo toh dekhega ki mera service history me overlapping hai. Abhi mai kya karu ? Aagar offer letter aatak jaye toh ? Please help me.
