In my second company my background verification had failed even though I had genuine experience and certificates. It was because the training period in the first company was not uploaded in my credentials by HR of the first company. I was told by second company to correct the situation by contacting the first company's HR after I told them that my training experience is genuine. I had to contact the HR of first company, show them their own company issued training certificate and offer letter of training, got the details uploaded/updated in my credentials in the first company and then the background verification was done again. Only then they cleared background verification check.

Sir thankyou for the information - I just want to know, in case a company has been shut down - in 2020, and I have been working since 2021 - 2023 so far -at different companies, for the company shutdown - I had 8 months experience( with relief letter), can I use it to extend to 1 year + for making my resume better? Let's have a govt portal.when employee joins, it is validated by current employer. When he leaves, again validated by current employer. All future employers just refer this portal.

Great Video, Can you please make another video for background verification when a candidate is having an ongoing criminal case on him. These days having an ongoing criminal case is not a big deal many people falsely accuses others in an attempt to extort money unless the person is declared guilty and is convicted till then even the courts of law also considers the accused as innocent. Mostly seen in matrimonial disputes with false 498A complaints to extort money, but does how company looks at that candidate in that case. From my own experience it was seen negative by an HR and they didn't wish to proceed... But how does it looks for Background verification if in case the candidate cleared the interview.

Sir, I have joined a company. company is giving me training and for training they are paying me as well. There is a bond after completion of training, there is no bond during the training. But it is mentioned that if I leave the training in between, I have to serve the notice period. I have got a better opportunity, I have to join their as a fresher so i do not need any training letter from the previous one. What if I inform them, that i am leaving the training. Can they force me to serve the notice period? Can they send me any legal notice that i have to pay some amount to them as training charges etc? Or how capable they are to file any case. The reason for this gap I had provided as health issues in the application form. What medical document exactly would I need to explain this gap, could you please suggest? Maine resign kia tha 22nd feb, ushke baad next day se office nei gaya. Mujhe 3 months ka salary denapada company ko and ushke baad mujhe relieving letter mila and relieving date 18th March kar dia. Hello Sir. I got into a problem related to pf. I cracked interview of two companies , company a and company b. For both, I had joining date of 21st June, 2021. I joined company b on 21st June.But though I didnt join company a but they created a pf account mistakenly in my epfo which is appearing in my service history. How can it impact my background verification in my future jobs and how to resolve this issue? Kindly suggest.

Usually....company will not create any issue in bgv...PIP is internally term..Company will not create issues in next company's bgv

Change start date and end date manually or by email to previous company HR.This is visible to employer (only date).

Hello, I have been selected in Accenture from on campus hiring. I have written my 12th percentage as 88.16 because I studied from ICSE and I have entered marks out of 600. I have been told that we should calculate percentage out of 500 of best five subjects which will come as 89.4. So when the document verification will be done will this create a problem regarding my onboarding or does they see only if candidate has marks greater than 60%?

Thanks for the video. Just one question: Is BGV done for all the companies that have been mentioned in the CV or just the last two companies one has worked with? Many have told me that it is only the last two companies that are reached out to verify the details mentioned on the CV? Also, if the company is no longer operating in the market, how does the prospective employer do BGV?

They will check your employment history in PF portal via your UAN nor.

@@IrkyMan okay but small companies with less than 30 employees typically start ups do not open PF accounts for their employees. How about verification of such companies? Also, as per statutory laws companies with less than 30 employees are not required to open PF account for their employees..
