I got job with my original experience. My friends got job with fake exp. they get paid 2 times more than me for doing half the work I do. They are well settled. Faking exp is totally fine. Just make sure you learn fast and don’t get caught.

Ethically this is wrong. But I also agree lagana chye. Because these companies are always looking for experienced person but they don't want to train employees who have learned the skills. That's why people show fake experience. Also they don't care much about the employees.

Yes.. I got place from thrid party company but the scenario was different only for manpower for respective years of experiences but actual year of experience company wanted they knew only. and it was fucking unproductive work unless and until you got a project which really you wanted to do. so always choose productive work as your identification of analysis and observation of how other people working....... finally sometime need to get advice from out of our circle and leave rest people otherwise they are ruined our lives.

Thousand of institute arranges fake exp most of for testing position now currnet time.that's why call problem

It's very important to be cleared

The reason why many youths in India are behind govt job ki chakkar is because of this. Though we have enough potential to become self reliant in technology we haven't. we are working for foreign countries progress indirectly and the taxes we pay here to govt is also not providing any justice to us. A construction labour has better work life balance than us he has fixed pay wherever he works. Its high time that govt should interfere in implementing labour laws in IT sector as well.

Then what is the solution for bank account statement if a person don't have pf account with him or her and unhone diya hai aisa kuch Experience toh

I know an old IT company in Bangalore who take less experienced or no experienced candidates, train them and give genuine experience certificate, payslips, Form 16 etc and all the stuff. My friend had used their services for NZ immigration and got cleared. They helped him fill the gap when he lost his job during Corona.

i just got 3 calls from 3 hr for same company l and t mindtree, and they asked me for interview, for python selenium, i waited for them from last 4 months but no one take interest and just when i get job in a amazon as a vca they are calling me, i said them no but they were like de do na, we have 45 days of notice period i said my notice period is 60 days in reality its 30 days ... inguess within 4 -5 month teating will get good hike in job be prepare in automation

@@somyagarg6065 actual one day i get mail, to give exam for amazon vca, that was 1 and half hour exam about english specially, after that one day i get mail that i am selected for 1 to 1 interview, and after that i gave interview and i selected there, they tell me about my process and pay, i guess it happen withing one and galf week and i joined it after that

@@jagannathamg8792 bro its completely depend on you java has much more call frequency but its hard if you r from non tech then you need to prepare java really good as program they ask in interview you have to give right answer python have little less call but you can learn it and will not face issue after learning it, i learn both first python, then java selenium but java selenium was way harder than python hence i went back to python

Agar alrdy ek company ka 6 month se PF cut raha hai aur banda fake lagana chahe tou kya woh casa sakta hai pls help me for this i stuck in this situatuon
