I actually came onto the the channel to look at the pricing video I've been watching for the past two years lol because I'm currently putting together a financial report and this was a huge help. It made me feel pressured and i kinda took a step back because this is amazing and definitely inspiring but I'm no where near here but as she said "all the steps are necessary. As just a home baker this is overwhelming to be honest ! Idk if I would want all of this ! I feel like I would have to give up actually making cakes in order to do all of this so it hit me I don’t want to be the owner I want to work at the bakery 😩😩😩😩😩
