    Mein aaj hi 52 kms ride karke aya...wo bhi meri 24 saal purani cycle Concorde se....aaj bhi achhi condition mein hai.....mein koi cycling padded shorts nahi pehanta....bas running short & a bottle of water.

    because of the gap between meals and rides. We have gap of 5-6 hrs in morning and in evening we have meal 2-3 hrs before ride

    Don’t worry about hair loss it’s temporary it will go I started having hairfall after losing first 20 kgs then it slowed down eventually Ensure u take a lot of protein in ur diet as many ppl go vegetable and fruit only in meals so take rotis and good amount of protein from paneer soyabean eggs chicken sattu and milk u can try in HealthifyMe also ensure ur other vitamin by eating vegetables and fruits properly hair loss is inevitable in weight loss Also less calories than 1500 can cause more hair loss take atleast 1500 to 1600 calories u will still lose weight if u continue cycling daily like 4 kgs a month easily
