What Can We Eat Before, During, and After The Ride?, This is the question that I got from most of our Blueriders in the comment section, Instagram, and Facebook DMs!
So, here is a video in which I went for a ride to Siswan Dam and shared the best tips that I know from my own experience.
And talking about fat loss! I lost around 35kgs in 2019 by cycling and from that journey, I learned a lot about the diet that suits our body while riding daily.
We discuss diet for short rides, diet for medium rides, and diet for long rides.

Hi Ajay, I recently started getting mid back pain and fatigue during and after ride persisting throught out the day. Started cycling triban RC 100 since past 1 month. Using gel cover, adjusted seat height but no luck. I ride daily 9 kms, take adequate water and apt food, do stretching after ride daily

In morning, you said you eat Cornflakes. How do you prepare it? They are tasteless and I tried bhigoe huwe dry raisins in it, but it made them taste bitter. Do you also eat that tasteless meal in breakfast or add some chocolate, sugar anything?

Hi Ajay I go for a ride on an empty stomach for an hour ride every day from last 2 months,I do complete drinking a bottle of water (keep hydrating myself as said) and my seat height,posture is also right.Recently m facing knee pain,any suggestions why?is it because I ride at 3x6,3x7 speeds where m putting up more strain on knee or due to body weakness?m trying to loose weight that's y m riding on an empty stomach.

Hi.. Even I was facing this problem, I adjusted seat height, Whn you ride check seat height, continue ride.. Still pain, then stop ride N again adjust seat height. I myself experienced.. Pls do.. 😊 🙏 Gud luck 4 Ride👍

Don't go on empty stomach..you can face cramps... it'll kill your ride.. Carry Healthy snacks or protein bars... it'll boost it energy n fat burning...keep riding bro..

No, I think cycling isn't causing that. Cycling is a kind of leg's workout, so that will increase the testrotrone levels which will to reduce hairfall I think.

Before cycling You can take banana with small amount of cow ghee with same quantity of jaggery mix well and eat slowly, you won't feel bloating after that. Thanks me later 😁

That is not recommended, as we should have some carbs in body for fuel of the ride. Eating something before 6-7 hours of a ride is important. 🙌🚴♂️🥗

Nhi, apko head ache, body pain ho skta hai! Khana ride ke baad jo muscle use hua hai ride me, usko repair krta hai! Agar aap khana nhi khaoge toh muscle ki repair nhi hogi or pain hoga, jaise body pain. Muscle loss matlab muscle ki repair acche se na hona and fir vo muscle ka size chota ho jaiga....or agar legs ke muscle chote hue toh stamina improve nhi hoga.

Weakness and fat loss me thoda difference hai! App jo keh rhe hai uss se weakness aegi. Kabhi bhi khana kam khane se fat loss nhi hoga, khana sahi khane se hoga. Muscle ko carbs and protein chahiye, agar vo na mile toh app ik month ya ik saal cycling kr loge but future me problems aa skti hai.
