So excited for monet!! We need a new interviewer. He did not match her energy and you could tell she was nervous. A good interviewer will know how to make a nervous guest feel comfortable, but this guy was so bland & plain. Forbes of all companies should have stellar interviewers. I’ve never interviewed anyone and i am confident i could have done a better job than him. The least he could have done was laugh at her joke about backup singing & dancing, instead of staring at her blankly and humorlessly moving onto the next question. It’s giving dud!!
