I used to be a heavy people pleaser always putting everyone above my own wellbeing. And that’s a cycle that still continues in my family but I’m breaking it. Its okay to help and be there for others but there has to be a healthy balance and boundaries between that. Another great video Tiffany 🫶🏽❤️

At the age 47 years old, I've realised I have over invested in helping others, but sadly when you set fire to yourself to keep others warm they don't realise the sacrifices you have made to give them opportunities. You are 💯 percent.😊 If you a person who is a essential front line worker this is a pivot lesson to learn. Your vision is yours don't share it - protect it.😊

I’ve seen so many women I admire in my life lose who they are in everything + everyone else. it doesn’t have to be this way. as I can help more women recognize the importance of true self love, my heart is more + more content 🤎 sending you lovvve! make time to get to know + pour into YOU

I messed up alot not realizing early on that what I wanted for myself and those around me was NOT what they wanted. When you’re the first to see some sort of success, its difficult to not want to bring along the people you’ve grown up with. However, I learned the hard and painful way that not everyone is happy for you and not everyone truly wants a better situation, they just want help to stay where they are. This video is a gem!

I literally put my life on hold for my family cause the guilt just wont let me put myself first and often times others dont second guess putting themselves first. Thank you for this i will watch it as many times as i can to remind myself that it's okay.

I needed to hear this. I’m an Empath too, and my cultural background has a tendency to make us feel guilty if we don’t help others. But after standing my ground to solidify myself, I think people around me have seen the difference. As I prepare to start my own business, some may be jealous and some are supportive. Nonetheless, we are the cycle breakers where we are called to be the first trailblazers in our families. It’s no easy feat, but there’s a reason why most empaths are called to do this. Blessings to you and many others blazing the path. ⭐️

“What if you have to go first”, that hits hard! Bc not seeing it makes you feel like it’s not possible, even though we are more than capable of anything that we desire!

This is so important for us empaths, givers, healer, etc. to hear. I can't help others fly if I can't even fly myself. Learning to choose me has been the biggest relief I've experienced yet!

You are hitting on every level! Last month I was upset at something and I was moved to get really quiet. Over the summer I was totally having a great time traveling - enjoying friends and family. But I was hearing way too much from everyone. So when I got so upset in Sept - I said I am getting too cluttered in my head. So I took a two week break from friends and travel (fun and work). And once I did, I felt so more free. I put my focus items as priority and I heard my voice. I started to feel less cluttered. And this has helped my soul so much. thank you for this message!!!

This is something I struggle with. I have so much family and a boyfriend that I care and love so much. Whenever they ask me for help, I wanna say yes to everything and while I love helping them, I’m always putting myself on the back burner. I’m trying to apply for medical school as well so that’s already difficult on top of trying to help everyone do everything. I feel so guilty saying no. 😢

Thank you for this message. Every time I leave my parents' house, I leave feeling defeated and feeling that I should do more. I am currently trying to get myself afloat in my financial and personal life and that alone is alot. Then the anger of bad choices made in the past and anxiety for the future creeps in. I feel so heavy at times. I'm really going to work on getting myself settled first and conquering the negative thoughts that try to take over my mind.

It was a reason I came on this site, I've been watching your videos and LORDDDDDDD let me tell you. This one hit the most, I had to stop it and come back to it because it unpacked a lot for me that I needed to hear. I am currently going through my season of ME but I let others get in the way of ME and it's no one's fault but my own. This needed to be heard loudly too. It hit me to my soul lol. I can't get what I want by keeping the company around especially when I know they don't want me to win, I have to push this ego out of me and stop feeling sorry/pitty for others when no one felt it for me.

I’ve been on this journey for 62 years I didn’t look for people to cheer me young to walk this path with me. I had a few they were lessons. I learned them, and I remain true to who I am.

Hey girl, I definitely feel inspired to first focus on my inner healing and solidify the outcomes. I am no longer dragging family cost it's really draining.

Oh My Goodness Tiffany You Are Definitely My Girl! You are on point. You know as I think the majority of my life I have encouraged & poured into family, friends into others via ministry, started a non-profit etc that I left myself empty and I found myself thinking that was the right thing to do as I am passionate about seeing others happy begun to wonder if I would ever rise to the top and succeed. Growing up I had been surrounded by many that stated its not about us it's about others. But, Praise God as we have raised our children, here recently I have started to unapologetically put myself first and know that it's going to be okay and I now understand I am not being selfish or wrong for taking care of me first🙏🙌💗
