    I think the founder has a huge role than anyone as he is expert in business strategies and fund raising being partner in Mckinsey. His name is enough to pull investors. Very informative and editing was great

    Hey! Big fan of your content. I noticed something, when defining the customer segments in India you have divided them into Singapore, Poland and Mexico, however according to Blume report, India 1 is further divided into these three segments and not the whole of India. India 1 is Mexico, India 2 is Indonesia and India 3 is Sub Saharan Africa.

    Hey Shashwat, thanks for your comment. Yes you are correct - Blume has divided it differently. However, we have taken the theory of Kishore Biyani - who divided India into Singapore, Poland & Mexico.

    Hey Ayush!! While, it’s an evolution of private equity model of acquiring companies. The focus of both models is different. - PE firms focus on providing returns to their investors (limited partners) and making timely exits. - Ecom Rollups focus on maximising revenues by actively executing growth strategies.
