Paul Hogue If you don’t understand the trust factor in coaches, then you may not understand the purpose of a coach. It’s like Coach K, Coach Calipari, Coach Pop or Coach Belicik having proven experiences that athletes believe and trust. Have they always been right? No, but they have been convincing and knowledgeable. Tony shares multiple experiences that we can relate to because we may have experienced them ourselves or heard about them. For the most part, we have found him to be trustworthy, believable, thought-provoking and anointed. He is helping ‘grown girls’ apply what’s for them to become grown women. Athletes listen to their coaches’ experiences, stories, advice, etc. and we rarely question why.

Carly Carls Nature plays a role in having females lean into this as much as we tend to do. When a woman orgasms she gets a big hit of the hormone oxytocin. Some women more some women less. Men don't get that big hit. They get lots dopamine, so it feels great, but rarely much oxytocin. Oxytocin is the same pleasure and bonding hormone that makes delivering mothers fall deeply in love with their new born babies. It also gives a woman a chemical rise in her self-esteem! So from that first orgasm she is attaching her self esteem to him by an unconscious chemical process. Sex can be dangerous to your emotions. It varies from woman to woman but it's generally always present at some level when a woman orgasms. That's why women often fall in love with a man the first time they have sex with him and have an orgasm in his arms. It's such a common experience that it has affected cultural expectations and social conditioning. Women fall in love with "bad boys" because those men are sexually experienced and orgasms are frequent and intense lol Love is at least partly chemical. As a female you can be put into that chemical state of feeling you love and are emotionally bonded to a man much more easily than a man can. If you wouldn't want to marry a man like him, have an unreliable person for a long term partner or parenting partner, have someone one like him for a father if you were a kid, then don't sleep with him. It literally puts your feelings at risk from damage by chemical exposure. Nature's only goal is for the species to reproduce. Women have other goals for their lives but they usually don't understand the chemical disadvantage they're facing with males in this area. Men don't usually know this either. They don't experience orgasm the same way you do. They're often genuinely baffled at the woman's response of "suddenly" falling in love but too many are happy to take advantage of it. If that kind of bonding happens for a man it occurs when he's already become committed to the woman emotionally. Then he starts to get more oxytocin in his orgasms from her! Give a good man time to love you, give a bad man time to blow his cover. My rule for many years has been at minimum Never sleep with a man you've known closely /been dating for less than 90 days. But as Tony says don't tell him that's your rule! Don't hand him the "missing manual" to you! Anyone can be on their best behavior that long. Give yourself a chance to know him, and for him to know and care about you as a person before you put yourself at a higher risk of falling in love with him. Love is hard to walk away from. So many women and their children suffer because they didn't adequately test a man as Tony so wisely suggests, before being intimate with him. . Forgive me for being indelicate in this public forum but taking care of yourself or autoerotic pleasure is a the best way for a woman with a high libido (that's "sex drive" -shout out to all the hot blooded girls) to avoid unnecessary and unwanted attachment to undesirable men imho A Hitachi Magic Wand can be a better intimate companion for a single woman than a man who might ruthlessly exploit her most tender feelings. A woman needs those loser type of men like a fish needs a bicycle. Take Care of you!🌸💕

Men who try that mental crap with me end up just walking away bc they find out very quickly that I am not one to be played with. A guy I was talking over the phone for about a month started asking me for selfies. I explained to him that I don't have social media accounts so I don't have a bunch of picture on my phone. He seemed to understand, but a week later, he asked me again. I reminded him of what I said before and told him he could see me when we go out, our 1st in-person date. He invited me to dinner. We had a good time. A week later, he asked me to take a full body selfie. I told him if he wants to see me, ask me out. He got angry and said that I wasn't doing enough to keep his attention. I told him that I dont have to do a damn thing to keep his attention bc I've only known him for 4 months, I don't owe him anything. He apologized and wanted to continue to get to know me. I declined and blocked his azz. I am not the type of woman to play games with.

My sentiments exactly. I stated this last week alone - about how spoiled these “males” are today. It’s imperative for a woman to know her worth, no matter if she just discovered it today. It starts with self. Know your worth through God First and don’t ever lose sight of it. I’ve had a man to tell me himself, about how powerful I am as a woman. Unfortunately, he didn’t measure up to understanding it fully at the time, but he was right nevertheless. Some of these ladies have these men programmed out here. If you don’t know who you are and whose you are first, you’ll never know the power that resides within. 🙏🏽

Tony is exactly right. My husband told me soon after we were married that he proposed to me so no other man would have a chance with me. And I waited many months before being intimate with him, and I always went home even though he would want me to stay the night. I held true to my boundaries, and he respected that. I do believe he wasn't used to a woman like me, and it made him respect and want me that much more. So Tony is exactly right with all his advice. I'm living proof of what can happen when you stand your ground, and honor and respect yourself. We will soon celebrate nine years of a happy, calm, and respectful marriage.

Never be a " pick me " or try to prove to man u are loyal, nuturing, attractive etc...who knows deep down he doesn't deserve you. That's why many are sooo damn insecure. Your worth comes from the Almighty GOD. You were brought with a price & you are valuable in the eyes of the Creator. Christ died for the sins of humanity. He would have still died at Calvary for just one sinner. Because A Soul is valuable in his eyes. You Matter. You were not born as a woman just to be eye catching,or pleasure a man & bring a life into the world. You are more than your hips & thighs. You a Special. Believe that!!! YOU Need to believe that for yourself. Validate you & don't seek it from a man.

Women need to value themselves enough to know when a man loves them. We as women can only affect a man to positive change when he is committed to loving us. They are so many options out there for men that if they don't want to change, when you stop them in their negative behaviour, guess what they don't have to. Therefore any man who changes positively after they realize you are serious is one who is committed to loving you. As women we need to let the other types called grown boys be on there way!

I have a cousin who's like this. She loves trashy dudes for some reason. She was not raised like that. She let one bum keep her car for so long, he started saying it was his car. She needed her car to take her kids somewhere & she had to beg the fool to bring her car back. Then he waited around until she was done so he could take off with her car again. I told her she was crazy, there is no way he would have gotten my car back (he wouldn't have had it to begin with). He would have been using his bare feet to get around.

This guy I met back in May was trying to be controlling by day 4. He was subtle with it at first. By day 5, I had to hang up in his face and block him completely because he showed me exactly who he was. He was a controlling, insecure, cheating mess who had nothing to offer. Learn the red flags and move on right away before you get involved with people.

OmG I just watched Fences 2 or 3 days ago and I was in shock that he not only cheated on his wife once but had an affair and got the woman pregnant, even after his friend warned him not to do that. I could not believe that after flirting and playing with his wife so much he was actually cheating on her and expected his son to treat him like he had done no wrong. He should have apologised to his son for hurting his Mama and let the boy go play football.

Recently dated a guy who told me I dress like a hoe and should wear dresses for him instead. He said "Dressing like a hoe is not cute or attractive." I was wearing a sheer top with a bathing suit top under it and shorts because we were at the river and it was hot out. I asked my friends and family if I dress like a hoe and they all said no. He said "I was lenient about this in my last relationship but not anymore, just dressing for other men's attention." He said "Ive shown you examples of what I like but you want to dress the complete opposite." I started feeling so confused and self conscious about my clothing. He said "Your choice of clothing isnt the best and I say that meaningfully." I was so hurt I went out and bought a bunch of new clothes. He started saying other rude things to me and acting distant so I had to stop seeing him. Of course he moved on a couple days later to someone else and started liking all of her booty pics on instagram when he would tell me I shouldnt post pictures of me wearing tights because "one day you'll learn when you're older thats not ok." oh but his new girl can wear a revealing bikini and he'll like that picture? Oh ok.

Before that he was watching netflix so he had TIME to watch a whole movie but not to call me for 15 min or longer. I observed didn't point that out. I said ok it's no problem smiley face winky face. Super polite. Asked him something, he answered and said ' and you?' & then I blocked & deleted his butt in 24 hours. Ain't got time for games 🙄 He must have thought I was 14 or something I ain't born yesterday.

Tony..this video was so on point lol. These are the things I've noticed and DO NOT let slide. Then when you address them they want to gaslight you, when they realize you are hip to the manipulative games they play!! I let them have their little tantrum and hissy fit (that they like to throw 🙄)and I stick to my guns and I send them on their way. Men like this come in different ways but they all have the same subtle traits and characteristics you just have to pay close attention and refuse to get caught up in the toxic cycle.
