But would 20+ reps yield any additional gains if it made the targeted muscle group more fatigued or would they be wasting their time?

The incline press on the smith machine was a before and after for me. I was stuck in the 220 bench press for YEARS, mainly because i train alone and benching heavy without a spotter its a danger.. i been using the incline smith for about 3 months now, 230 and i really FEEL the movement. Game changer, thanks Jonni!!

I tried this and it really worked my chest like never before. I usually go for lower reps and higher weight, but instead I tried for around 15 or to failure. It made a big difference. I added barbell shoulder press after the 15 degree barbell bench press, and finished after the cable flys with dips to crush the triceps.

Thanks again Jonni. I WILL be implementing this routine for chest. I love the slight pause during a set and then get back at it to complete the reps. I kinda sorta did this pause anyway but not actually as part of the routine. This tells me that I had two problems with my workouts…one was overtraining and the other not quite heavy enough weight. Problems solved thanks to you and this video. I did your shoulder 7:49 routine yesterday and my shoulders were WRECKED! (In a good working way) I LOVE IT! I will be looking for you videos for arms, back and lats also and can already say for sure that I will be using all of them.

I want to see how you workout and in what order you do things and what body parts you hit and on what days. That would be an excellent series that would help a huge number of people who might have a hard time coming up with an effective workout schedule! Keep up the great work sir!
