But would 20+ reps yield any additional gains if it made the targeted muscle group more fatigued or would they be wasting their time?
All of Jonni’s videos are so good. I really hope newbies find these videos. I wish I did when I started out
Thanks a million. I found this video more useful than most others and don't really know why. I love all your videos! I am happy to see you exploding all over the place and you traveling to so many amazing locations to shoot these videos. Hopefully that is a sign of life being good for you. You are easily the most addictive and most informed workout/entertainer KZreadr known to man.
Thank you so much for simplifying it and making my workouts better.
Cant wait to try this! You explain everything so well! Thanks
Thanks. I will try this. Keep up the good work.
Gah Bro! Constantly bringing the best and most common sense advice. Not only have my workouts been way better but injury free as well! Thanks Dude! You Rock!!
I like the way you present the exercises. Simplified and nothing left unsaid. I've learned more in 2 weeks than I have in 20 years. Thank you
Awesome videos on not having to do to many excercises for same muscle loved to see more of the body groups with this same concept awesome again bro
Jonnni your videos get better and better!!! Thanks for the great videos!
Thank you so much Jonni. Can't get enough of your videos keep it up.

Thanks for this useful sharing session, Jonni. Keep up this spirit 🔥🔥
The incline press on the smith machine was a before and after for me. I was stuck in the 220 bench press for YEARS, mainly because i train alone and benching heavy without a spotter its a danger.. i been using the incline smith for about 3 months now, 230 and i really FEEL the movement. Game changer, thanks Jonni!!
Thank you brother!Have a Blessed day!
amazing video!!!
Best content on youtube!! Appreciate ya bro!! 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Great insight! Thx
Thanks for the tips
Keep ‘em coming ❤
Thanks for the video simply explained seem like a real person
Man, this is fcking amazing. I watched tons of other videos but with yours I feel like I'm actually learning them instead of copying.
Thanks for another great in-depth video. I usually do one flat bench in my chest workout. Gonna try this for a while with the inclines. My upper chest is lacking some so I feel this will help a lot. Thanks!
Learned I haven't been making my sets hard enough. Been struggling to get max reps instead of min reps. Note taken & corrected immediately (happen to be right in the middle of incline bench press while listening). Thanks, Jonni!

The in-depth analysis of the chest muscle and its movements, attachments, etc. at the beginning is super helpful.

@@JonniShreve what about Dips for chest?
I like it! Thanks Jonni! 💗💪🏼
I tried this and it really worked my chest like never before. I usually go for lower reps and higher weight, but instead I tried for around 15 or to failure. It made a big difference. I added barbell shoulder press after the 15 degree barbell bench press, and finished after the cable flys with dips to crush the triceps.
Thanks again Jonni. I WILL be implementing this routine for chest. I love the slight pause during a set and then get back at it to complete the reps. I kinda sorta did this pause anyway but not actually as part of the routine. This tells me that I had two problems with my workouts…one was overtraining and the other not quite heavy enough weight. Problems solved thanks to you and this video. I did your shoulder 7:49 routine yesterday and my shoulders were WRECKED! (In a good working way) I LOVE IT! I will be looking for you videos for arms, back and lats also and can already say for sure that I will be using all of them.
You’re the best bro 💯
great video. very helpful

Nice, thanks mijo 👍💪👏
Love your videos and your excellent advice! What I would love to see is one full week of your normal routine. One video each day for a full week. I want to see how you workout and in what order you do things and what body parts you hit and on what days. That would be an excellent series that would help a huge number of people who might have a hard time coming up with an effective workout schedule! Keep up the great work sir!

Great video Jonni. You’ve really helped me with form on the cable press. I’ve been thinking I had to get my arms way back (like at 15.15) in order to get a decent stretch on the lower pec muscles. Thanks heaps.

Man, I feel like I am listening to myself. This is exactly how I am telling people how perfect workout should look like. 👍💪
Another great content
Thanks, I have not used a Smith Machine yet and I will give it a try on my next chest day!
Thanks Jonni for another amazing content! I hope you will make this into a series because there are a lot of gym newbies like me who are overtraining by doing a lot of sets in a specific muscle group.
I started a fitness motivation page. I'm still learning, so I don't carry the coach title yet. But refer people to this page religiously. Great information
Your videos are thé best. Cheers!
About to hit the gym… Chest day so this video had perfect timing to me! 👊🏼
