1301407gl I would think so too... in football (soccer) there is a similar thing with lefties... opponents do know that players like Messi or Robben will go to their strong foot but they can’t cope with it. But it seems to me that the defenders in the video make intuitively wrong decisions.... even if they should know

Last year really wasn't debatable. Arguments for Russ was 2 more rebounds, thats it. Harden had 10 MORE WINS and was way more efficient on offense. RW won it for two nonsense reasons: 1. Good storyline (Durant left and now he all alone) 2. People like round numbers Last year was the biggest MVP robbery of NBA history in imo

Besides "triple double", "Westbrook has no help" narrative, Harden's team was blowing teams out while OKC was winning barely. According to media, that's Clutch and sign of greatness.

Jay Tang Yeah they don't realize that it's because of Westbrook's inefficiency and Melo's lack of movement these games are so close . Honestly Westbrook gets a pass because they like the narrative around him . No one actually analysis his games . He's not on Harden's level and definitely not Durant's either.

tony tonyt Nah man really isn't one . Of course he's trying to be the MVP but he's not stat padding . Westbrook got all the "Help" he didn't have last year and they're much worse off . Harden added another ball hog like himself in CP3 and the Rockets look much better this year . Every player who has left Westbrook had gotten better so you tell me why that is the case

To be honest, when they are both on the court, rockets offense is not that different when harden leading the team alone, very little off ball movements still. However CP3 allows harden to rest more and able to lead team effectively by himself, that's by far the biggest difference.

I know hindsight is 20/20 but with an opportunity to draft Donovan Mitchell, this would've have made moving McCollum ideal with a real chance to shore up the wing and front court talent. The blazers front office was married to the Lillard/McCollum backcourt but having Mitchell as the third guard would have help their struggling offense tremendously with no other credible 3pt threats on this team. This move would probably send mix messages to McCollum but it's would've given the Blazers flexibility of how to proceed into the future.

Harden is a special player , particularly on the offensive end. However, I also would like to point out that he's essentially made for this era of basketball. All of his patented moves and tendencies are based on how basketball is officiated today and he's the best that I ever seen at getting guys into foul trouble consistently off of the drive or his step back.

Zareef Iqbal 73-9 regular season. I don’t think so. Honestly harden puts up mvp level everything, but every year there is some one just as deserving as harden. So harden deserved it, but so did the other person.

The Rockets have the best chance to beat the Warriors, as long as they defend well come playoff time they might have a chance, it will probably be Cavs/Warriors again but a Rockets/Celtics final would be so much more entertaining

Rushking20 #Terribletowels harden Always plays good against the warriors. Now that Chris Paul has someone who not injured every 40 secs aka blake he can now play with out risks and is now changing his play style instrad of holding on the ball like with clippers he pushing the pace like none ever before. And when harden out cp3 cooks and facilate while Gordon ( aka the second harden) off the bench comes in and scores 3 pointers and drives in like mad man and can make plays if needed. Then you have the shooters which is almost everyone on the roster except clint capela tarik black and then you have the defensive lineup aka tucker and mubah moute, nene, cp3, ariza tarik black. The rockets can challenge I can guarantee you

Hey coach, can i ask if you could take a look at this player who has the craziest euro step i've seen ever, bordering on travelling at times but gets away with it quite often, and is one hell of a player. He's still young & playing college in the Philippines and has some youtube highlight videos out there, can you breakdown his play & let us know what you think about him? His name is Ricci Rivero. Thanks and hope you get to see why defenses in this side of the globe has their head scratching when playing this kid....
