Imma be honest this SunnyV2 guy makes wild baseless claims in every video. It's very common for him to go crazy over his own personal biases and then back it up with reddit comments from asylum patients

Yea that is true, the only thing that would change my mind is if he said something that was different, like if he found reasons to defend Andrew Tate or Piers Morgan. I feel the majority of his videos are just reaffirming what ‘some’ people think.

X is just wrong here. Unless you’re Eric Andre, a talk show host is not a character. Even if all of them act friendlier than usual, their personality needs some realism otherwise there’s no difference between talking to an actual character like Elmo or some shit. This is why Conan and Letterman are GIGACHADs, and Fallon and Corden are Pepepains

It doesn’t matter if you play a character or not, there’s a level of basic respect you should treat people with, and sure you can have a bad day here and there but being famous doesn’t mean you can be a prick. In fact I would argue it should make you more inclined towards being nice and friendly towards people seeing as you should know that they come to see you or how happy they must be to walk into you somewhere and want a picture. So to ignore all of that is like being a double prick 🤷‍♂️

If the person truely works to better themselves and it shows. If people do really unforgivable things then sure do that but if its just being a dick head like this then. If his mindset is anything like mine, then I don't think he dictates anything. In fact, he's most likely given up hope on people in general already. Still, that doesn't make it any less frustrating when you see such a large majority of people, act a certain way, and believe in a certain thing. It really makes you feel like you're alone & surrounded by idiots. Granted, it's most likely just a case of all the morons being the loudest. Most of the more grounded/sensible thinking people probably don't even bother to entertain such rubbish in the first place. Which is why it feels like those people don't even exist. i like how some fat people think the reason for their weight is simply because of "genetics" but it really isnt especially if you eat right. the real thing affecting your metabolism is height, muscle mass/fat mass, and age/gender. bigger people and males burn more energy while metabolism naturally degrades as you age.

  • @userunaemu

Genetics play a huge role in metabolism but people use it as an excuse to eat too much or too little. You can’t really do much about your metabolism if it’s very fast or very slow. Fasting slows your metabolism down a bit and eating small meals throughout the day speeds it up a bit, but weight is still dictated by calories in v calories out.

It’s funny seeing people in denial of BASIC SCIENCE! If you’re fat you eat too much and if you’re skinny you don’t eat enough. It doesn’t matter what underlying health problems you have, your weight is still controlled by how many calories you consume. Overweight isn’t as bad as obese, and underweight isn’t as bad as being emaciated. In general being underweight is healthier than being overweight, but being emaciated is worse than being obese. xQc isn’t emaciated, he’s underweight. That isn’t great, but it also lets him get away with eating shit food more than if he was overweight.

14:00 Some people burn through their weight slower so they gain weight more easily. It's good genetics for a starvation scenario, where let's say that food started to deplete through some shortage or something. If you can hold onto your calories for longer you'll pretty much outlive everyone else who's burning their calories way too fast. Since most ppl don't live in conditions where this is viable and we live in a calorie surplus society, they just end up obese(unless y'know, you simply decide to learn how to healthily take in less calories by properly dieting). That's why genetics often enters the discussion, and there's obviously nothing wrong with having people who can hold onto their intake for longer, it's literally an adaptation that's very helpful especially lookin at how close that reality is for some people, and potentially for more people in the near future. Realistically, what's ideal is being able to find yourself somewhere in between where you're not constantly metabolizing, but you're also still in good health and able bodied.

For anyone curious. Calories in calories out makes sense but its a lot deeper than that. 2 people could eat the same exact food and the one with worse genetics will gain weight while the other lose. Genetics is huge. So yes calories in calories out is not wrong, but you need to understand layers before judging someone

I don't want to read a message that you aren't pushing, but it is eerily similar to the people who claim that they can't lose weight because of "hormones" or "genetics" or "my body just cant lose weight". To those people who push this message (and you if that is you): if you consume more calories than you use, you will gain weight. If you consume less calories than you use, you will lose weight. Sure, there are very rare conditions that affect things like hormones, but these are not the vast majority of people and even then the calories in/out is still correct. I am currently overweight and have lost 11 kilograms (24lbs in freedom units) and it especially annoys me that people go out of their way to excuse this. Take accountability, lose the weight, you will live longer and you will be happier and healthier.

Ectomorphic body type is like XQC and Asmongold, it's extremely hard for them to gain muscle or fat.

People blame metabolism, it's a boogeyman they can blame and nobody knows the truth really so nobody calls it out. The truth is, metabolism is dictated by your muscle mass and activity. If someone works out, they have a higher metabolism, if someone is bigger than someone else, say a woman vs a large man, the large man needs more calories because he has more "body" to feed. Two people who are identical, the same size, are going to have the same metabolism, unless one person works out or doesn't. It's only calories in vs out. I put on weight over 4 years of over eating. I didn't realise because I didn't know I was over eating. These people, they say it's impossible to lose weight because they either half ass working out and don't change their portion sizes or they don't count the hidden calories, such as cooking oils, butter etc. It really is that simple, eat less calories than you are burning and you will lose weight. I lost 22k by going to the gym 6 days a week and lowing my calory intake to 2000 a day. That's it. They lie to others so they can lie to themselves to justify it. James Corden would never have a six pack because he is too lazy and too busy drinking to lose weight.

If anyone actually wants to lose weight, its all about calories. I have lost 80lbs from this only with minimal exercise. Please do not use the excuse of genetics, hormones or etc for not losing weight. If you dont know if it is genetics, you are essentially giving yourself an out before even trying. Just look at your weight, height, age and use a calorie calculator to see how many calories you need to eat per day in order to lose weight. I think people complain this doesnt work cause it is shocking how kany calories food has and how easy it is to go over the calorie limit. If you want my advice, only and i mean only drink water, use multivitamins and eat frozon foods only if thats what works for you. Frozen meals already have the calories listed so that you dont have to count calories, its what i did and worked for me. Currently working out more to gain muscle and let me tell you, its a hell of a lot easier working out now than ever before.

A ton of his videos also go through the baseless source of an anonymous person saying "he is a dick in person. (Insert story #38278 here)". Yeah, reddit/twitter definitely isn't known for fabricating narratives. The claim of someone being a dick in general is such a dumb one because at surface level all fans think their idols are underwhelming when they actually meet them in person. Do you expect James, xqc, Kanye, or any other celebrity to be on 100% the whole time? I met Deadmau5 in Miami once, I was obviously star struck as he is one of my favorite musicians growing up. I go up to him and say "hey, love your music. It's really cool to meet you" he wasn't necessarily a dick, but just replied with a "thanks, nice to meet you too." Followed by him ignoring me and talking to his friend. To any person with really unrealistic parasocial expectations they would be crushed. I simply shrugged it and knew he probably has been bothered all day by fans so I didn't even ask for a photo. I've had people approach me to talk (mostly weirdos tbh ) and I usually ignore the hell out of them and if you label my personality off of that interaction that I didn't want to have you'd think I was a massive dick. Who isn't when they're constantly bothered or put in situations they don't want go be in? Not saying james isn't a complete dick, but SunnyV2 always bases his videos off of the "he doesn't act the way he does on X in real life".
