I have created a check list where I keep note of when I do the peeling and when I do the glycolic acid so I don’t mix them up, I do the peeling once a week and the glycolic acid every other day, I don’t do the glycolic acid the day before the peeling. I clean my face with cerave acne cleanser and then I do the glycolic/peeling. I’ve changed all my creams, foundations and make up now I only buy non comodogenic products and my skin has improved so much, even the acne stopped and the acne scars are getting better too. I’ve tried everything for four years spent so much money and nothing worked, but these cheap products worked so well for me. Whiting a month I could see all the changes. I definitely recommend it.

I would try micro channeling using PRP or Epidermal growth factors needling into the skin. I would recommend home care with collagen and Epidermal Growth factor serum. The micro channeling is wounding the skin stimulating new collagen. At home care is key continue using collagen and EGF daily to help work at the cellular level.

I feel like there is something out there natural that could fix these scars that they haven't figured out yet or won't tell us bc they want us to spend $1000s on treatments just to see hardly any improvement. For instance I had rf micro needling done several times and a vi peel. Although I seen a little a improvement it wasn't really enough for how much I paid. Then I tried a natural product called the Zena Algae peel! Very painful procedure but I seen the most improvement from that and spent less money

You have to cut them out. Resurface and blur. I’m tired of you dermatologists stealing peoples money using techniques that don’t work. SMH do better these are people’s faces! If y’all wanna see a real professional go with Mark Bowen Taylor

Girl, I had had skin problems for 40 years now. I had scars atrophy after getting shots for cysts. My skin heals slowly. Notice the we "tried microneedling and subcision". I am not about to do that. The last experiment I had was with fraxel laser. I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars on treatments and don't have time or money to waste.
