First training session in a while and a lot of the focus was just to get back to it, move my body and get a lot of touches on the ball ⚽️ The last exercise is probably the exercise I did the most as a kid (10-16 years of age) and it kind of shows in my game 🤔 PS. Also my number of completed dribbles over the years versus that well makes Messi look like an amateur player 😜

no hate or so but I see that you're questioning things I think you could answer by yourself. Firstly, plan your week: sit down and make your own schedule, there isn't any rules how much you need to train for football or how much you need to study, just think for yourself what would work for you. Secondly, about journaling: try it out, there isn't a yes/no answer, works for some but doesn't work for others. Thirdly, the main aspects of football: there is four, and I recommend that you train them all: technicality, physicality, mentality and tacticality.

Just started watching your vids - how do usually structure your individual sessions to balance position specific drills and general drills?

It’s definitely a mix between the two but finding what works for you is the best solution. I usually structure my sessions something like this: • Warm-Up (split up in to different phases) • Exercise 1 (more general, lower intensity) • Exercise 2 (slightly more specific, medium intensity) • Exercise 3 (most specific, highest intensity) • Cool Down That is to say, this is only how I like to do it and there are probably thousands of different ways you could go about 🙌

For the warm-up phase they help promote blood-flow to the muscles and prepare the muscle tissue for more intensive work 💪
