It's the parents sometimes.I am from Haiti and parents dont usually kick kids out at 18 and most of the time they dont realize how easy they have it and waste money away.

I saved 20,000 in 8 months mostly because of the stay at home order, it wasn’t easy but I did it! My goal is 30, 000 by September 2021 which will be a year....

I live with my sister I pay $850 still cheaper then paying $1500 rent . So I’ve been able to save. I’m trying to save for my condo. I make 80k per year full time and part time job. so I know I could save. Thank you for this video

Congrats on that downpayment sis, but uh you’re just putting yourself in more debt, to work off a 30yr loan Better to collect income then working for it. That american dream buying a house is a trap.

@@pebblesgrayson330 I suggest being smarter with our money! Finance a home will run u more money down the line, without a asset paying for you’re mortgage or rent more money going out ➡️ than in ⬅️ & i mean this by you, having to pay outa pocket just with the money you make from a job.
