This video was incredibly insightful and motivating Avni! The importance of speaking up at work and communicating what you’ve been doing can truly help you go a long way. This advice resonates with me so much! When I started out as a newbie at a tech startup 4 years ago, I used to document my work and share it during 1-on-1s with my manager, making it so much easier to convey key milestones rather than struggling to remember everything last minute :). I really loved this advice! Also, I’d love to see more content for aspiring tech professionals or international students on how they can work around their entrepreneurship ideas and network better in person, not just on LinkedIn. That’s something I’ve been kind of struggling with!
