This exposed root red maple bonsai just doesn't quit, it grows sooooo fast - it's a double edge sword though, as It's super healthy but it send out some really long internodes. Full or partial defoliating really can help when you as this stage of development - This can help reduce the leaf size as well as help ramification. This tree still has a long way to go, but I really love this guy for simply how unique the tree has become. I pretty excited to see where we can take it and glad your along the ride with me.
