Well done. I like how everything just fell into place. Much much better than my efforts, 140mm build plate is not big enough. Need to upgrade. Thanks for the video. Can't wait for the next one. 73 Cam VK4FL

Thanks for the idea! I was thinking how to make perfect fit trays and I didn't realized that I can draw an outline of items and simply import it into Fusion 360.

Hey, print yourself a set of radius gauges. They help alot, and mine (though not 3d printed) always travel with my calipers.

I have printed radius gauges, but I don't remember where I put them and I think they were too small also. Thanks for the advice!

Good job, buddy, can you do the same in a square sided drawer, as I have no rounded corner drawers. Keep up the good work, buddy, looking forward to seeing more work you’ve done. 🤙🏼🇦🇺 Joe from Australia 🤙🏼🇦🇺

Nice job 👍 But it had to take plenty of time to print it out, right? Btw, I'd recommend to make bevels on tool slots. It's much easier to insert and take out the tools then.

Thanks! It took about 40 hours total to print. I have no problems to get my tools out, so no need for bevels, but yes bevels can make it easier also. Still thanks for the recommendation.

It is very low-tech but a first step with the other drawer might be to put each item in its own ziplock sandwich bag. At least that way the cables of different items won't get tangled.
