Thanks for sharing your stories, congratulations! I really identified with Den as I recently finished school, have only a few hundred dollars in the bank and am staring down $45,000 in student debt.. currently on my day 1 working at a hospital making $54,000 a year. It was really nice seeing a video from people who are actually relatable and have similar stories. No tricks or get rich quick schemes, just hard work and dedication to the process. Love your content keep it up! Thank you again

Don't know if you guys remember this username, but been a long time subscriber! I wanted to congratulate you on this milestone! I totally identify with Den in a lot of ways as we are essentially(frankly almost literally) the same demographic. Im in the hole for a similar amount of money for school and so forth and I'm still coming along. Personally I'm studying engineering so I'm hoping that out of school salary will absolutely pay off that debt quickly so I can start my journey as well! I hope your road to 1million is a short and sweet one!

Thanks for sharing your story!! Really inspiring! Was just wondering if you have already shared the excel spreadsheet you use to calculate each bucket that you are calculating your percentages?

Saving and investing are important. I have been building credit since I was 18 years old. I have been building my investments since 25 years old. While having money saved and invested are important don't forget your credit. They say cash is King but credit runs the world. Also, please remember to enjoy life. Not everyone can invest the same amounts per month or year. Save up what you can and as your yearly salary grows your budget to invest grows.

Great video! Have you guys thought about moving somewhere with a much lower cost of living like Calgary? I’m originally from Ontario and moving to Alberta was the best financial decision that I ever made.

Can you please make a video explaining the new subcharge to use credit cards in Canada?? I'm confused about how to find out if every single grocery store, gas station, and restaurant is going to start charging extra and how to find out.

Good idea on the video, IMO, most large stores will choose not to. Fees are something bad that stands out on the receipt. Same reason why most retail sites try to make delivery free and roll it up into the price of an item. Also, encouraging cash isn't always best because store becomes a bigger target for robberies. However, family businesses, you may start seeing them charge you the fees incurred, they can get pretty bad rates from the card companies and cash deals start allowing for tax shenanigans if there's no robust POS system tracking everything.

Hey guys, congrats on those first 6 figures, now for 7 I would suggest to not just think linear, but to think exponentially and use the power of scale. 1 million in income can be broken down into many streams (affiliate marketing, book sales, sponsors, seminars/coaching, investments... yes but invite and send out the idea of...100 Million. To the Universe zeros don't matter, just as easy to add another. It's our minds and energy that will have it manifest. Blessings wonderful people.

Watching free financial education content on KZread is akin to slavery. That’s an interesting take that I haven’t heard before. I started my KZread binging in this space of KZread back in 2020 with a negative net worth. I’m now at a $120K and going up every month. I feel so oppressed.
