Thank you, Ieasha. The struggle is real, but almost nothing is as certain as success when sticking to your fitness and nutrition goals. I wish there was such a tried and true formula when it comes to business, romance, parenting, or anything else, but one thing is for certain - if you take care of your health, you will eventually have the success you desire. I LOVE how you talked about accountability!! Here are few things which I like to do- 1. Maintain a bullet journal (physical or digital) to keep track of my progress 2. Comment (a lot of ppl do this, they just comment under the workout videos which they've completed) 3. (My favourite one) I create a playlist on yt called "completed workouts" and each time I'm done with one, I can just "add" that video to the playlist. It's such a nice way to keep track because one day when I look back at that playlist, I'll see how many videos I've finished and how far I've come :) I've been watching your workout videos since 2016 and you've basically changed my life

Wow. I didn't click on this video. It started playing after the last one I saw. I came from the bathroom and I heard "Lupus". I had the same symptoms and steroids. My weight has been a roller coaster! I can't really work out sometimes. I love to work out. My life has change. Thank for this video! It helps me alot and inspire. Depression and chronic pain is common and steroids cause hormonal issues that cause mood changes especially Depression. I am trying to keep myself in remission. I appreciate this video!

I understand your pain. I too, was diagnosed with MS. I was on IV steroids off and on for over two months. My weight increased and on top of all that, I stopped smoking cold turkey. So you can imagine all the weight I packed on. I'm now feeling better and working out with my son. Proud of your journey!!!

Aww Tiffany, I’m so happy for you! I’m going through the same exact journey as you minus the health issues. I am 5 minutes in and in tears - I have gone through such a similar experience - dropping weight too fast, illness and hospital/bedridden period and lost so much muscle, same height and weight as you. I’m gonna keep listening but just wanted to thank you for sharing your story!

Absolute value in this video, I’m happy I watched it... I’m currently in my fitness journey and often felt like it’s been taking a bit longer than I envisioned (started in Jan 21) but I realize it’s all about consistency and doing what needs to be done to be healthy... most people that haven’t seen me since December exclaim that I have lost a lot of weight in a short period of time... I truly believe consistency is key... keep moving and you’ll look back and see how far you have come 💪🏾

It's often hard for us to see our own growth (sort of how it's hard to notice yourself growing as a child), but rest assured that your consistency will pay off - and in more ways than one. Sure, you'll lose weight with time, but you'll also gain confidence, become more mobile, sleep better, have better digestion, look younger, smile more, reduce the likelihood of illnesses, and a host of other great benefits. I add protein powder to my oatmeal as well! It’s great. In the summers I make overnight oatmeal and add some berries. It’s great cold as well!

I have flat feet aswell and I'm always dragging myself to a cardio sesh 😅I've been having to do low impact as my ankles and Achilles been hurting becuse of the jumping as much as I love a good heart rate spike my feet don't appreciate it so much either. Love hoys insight on nutrition and volume eating,you both made my evening alot more cheerful 😂

One of my tips is to spread food out. My fiancé doesn’t struggle with his weight and likes to get KFC for lunch sometimes with me. I make the 3 piece meal lunch and dinner (fries and one chicken for lunch; two chicken and biscuit for dinner). It lets me spread the 1100 calories out over more of the day makes it ok, if I do a light breakfast that morning.
