Hi, It differ person to person, reduce 500 to 600 calorie of ur daily intake . But for a day minimum 1000 calories u should take for healthy weight loss👍

Raw cucumber and juice both has calories. Fasting time la zero calorie food water, green tea, black tea. Entha mathiri eduthukalam. Fasting mudiya pora time la cucumber eduthukalam 👍
