After weighing in at one of the heaviest weights I have been in a while, i urgently decided it was time to lose some unhealthy body fat. Using a variety of proven techniques I was able to lose about 10lbs in only 1 week. This is how I did it and my analysis!

Anabolic Chicken Recipe:
Chop up chicken cook in pan
Add: cut up pepper, onion, mushroom, broccoli (and anything else you want)
Then add 1 can of coconut milk
Then add 1-2 tablespoons of your favorite curry sauce.

I know exactly what you mean bro. Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I lost about 13 lbs and thankfully kept it off. My vomiting was so bad and violent, that I was not able to make it to the restroom on one occasion. Horrible

hey! me too. unfortunately i gained that back alongside another 20 lbs in the past three years. it is not muscle. i'm just starting to try to get it all back off, but i often think about the altitude-sickness/food poisoning summer.

Salmonella for 31 lost me 30 lbs just before a colonoscopy. It took about a month to get all that weight back

He’s not controversial, no one can find beef with him. Kind of like Alan Thrall, except that guy is more into weightlifting. Pigmie is doing all kinds of fitness stuff and isn’t solely obsessed with being huge or ripped brah , all about balance and focus. People don’t get so turned on by balance and focus, but it works

I lost 25 lbs in 10 weeks. The scale didn't move for 2 weeks. I tried to create a 1000 daily calorie deficit. Eventually, the weight came off. Did did pretty much the same as in the video

I lost 22lbs in 3 weeks just from walking. But after that I lost motivation and couldn’t get to my goal so now I’m sitting there I was 200 I went to 178 and I’ve been at 178 for 3 months now with 0 workouts but for my height I wanna get to 168 and then I’ll be at the right weight to start building from that

@Mustlehard so I was working out, got them newbie gains, then stopped and have just been waking and running. How often do you suggest working out to gain mass but still lose weight? Idk if this helps but I am 6'1, was 210 and got down to 200 and since I've just been doing cardio, I'm at 196 as of this morning.

@@Goals996well currently I made it to 160 and I am 5’7” it was actually pretty easy to hit 160. Muscle mass I’m low but i have very solid lean muscle people think I’m lying because I’m so small that curling 60s is actually quite easy 3 sets from 8,6,4 and benching i only dumbbell bench no barbell i do 60s at least 3 sets of 20 each but thats beast i always do about 80-100 push ups 1 set before benching. Ive always been small and strong. Its just after i had kids i let go and hit 200lbs now I’m pretty happy at 160.

7:37 From an experience (and you can check if there is a study on that) I get much less hungry through the day if I eat well at the morning, on the opposite side.. if I stopped eating or eat less then I need, I get so much hungry the rest of the day and at night, doesn’t matter how much I eat, I’m still hungry 😅💔. So I focus now more to have good enough breakfast.. And I can skip dinner and snacking no problem 🤚🏻

I have once measured my weight every 10 minutes for 2 or 3 hours and my qeight varied quite bit despite not adding or removing anything (if you know what I mean)
Where did you get your scale from?
Sparkling water with lemon juice helped greatly with my weight loss and my hunger problems between meals
I do a lot of walking which helps my weight stay close to wear it should be but sometimes I get bloat which makes me look fat I think im at a healthy weight but l don't fuss over food I get enough fruit and vegetables in my diet👍
Loved this video. Great, sensible advice. I lost 3 pounds a week for a whole month ~ just by lowering my home temperature to 55 degrees. I didn't change what I ate, which is healthy foods and exercise daily, but only for 45 mins. I work from home, so was in a cold house pretty much 24 hours a day and lost a total of 12 pounds ~ just by lowering thermostat to 55 degrees. Cool * Denise

sounds terrible, Id rather not be hungry by restricting carbs adding fat an beef and be comfortable in my home adding muscle and better blood work🙂

@@kkevinj1 It wasn't terrible, I felt the coldness most in the morning, when I first got out of bed. I ate healthy, exercised and didn't have any negative side effects. Feeling cold, puts a little stress on the body and actually strengthens my immune system. Similar to the minor stress of fasting. I never had a sore throat or signs of my body weakening. Felt fine, saved money on my electric bill and lost weight. It's all good. Denise Daniel

@@denisedaniel6213 I know its good for us, ever since I started iodine drops, I dont get nearly as cold as I did, I never in a million years thought I would try zero carb, It is a feeling that puts a smile on ur face for no reason, weird soon as carbs are added, this special feeling fades

bro idk why, but I don't even get that hungry on a diet. I straight up just feel lightheaded and weak. No idea why. I'm only in like 500 cal deficit or less a day and meeting all my nutrient goals.
I'm doing the exact same thing after bulking and I lost only 2.5 kgs in 2 months 😤

Hey if you have enough extra KZread money to spend you could go get a massage everyday for a whole week and see what happens I don't know I kind of just thought it'd be relaxing or maybe go to a chiropractor for a whole week and get bones popped or maybe go to a spa for a whole week or maybe go to a sauna for a whole week

Calories are calories, they're all the same. The diference is the macro and micronutrients in those calories and the volume. 200 calories worth of brocolis is a lot, 200 calories worth of cola is very little and bad.
