i have one year of gym, and i begin to recover rapidly, you dont need juice for that, and even if i sleep at 1-2 clock at night, i wake up at 9-30 or 10 morning and i barely have soreness the next day or in 2 days since that workout, some of us does recover very fast without roids or suplements, all this dimwits claiming his juicing when it is possible he never did, this is a result of many years in the gym ( he also said it ) , many years that some of us never had , years of gym does matter and its a big factor

You can absolutely track growth. Arm day for me is 3 different types of curls and extensions 1 set to absolute failure every week. When you can rep that weight 10 times, go up 5lbs. You should see a 10% increase in all lifts in reps at a minimum provided you give yourself enough rest between workouts. I do chest and back, legs and arms with upper and lower abs mixed in those two workouts each week. In 10 months I've increased about 70lbs in working weight(not 1RM) pretty much across the board. I do all of this with no roids or GNC. 1 SET of each exercise to absolute failure, 3 days between workouts.

nah... I use to hit arms 3 times a week and they still wouldn't grow. started training them wayyy less and now they're growing. if you're natural you need the time to recover. I noticed my biceps never felt fully recovered, because if you train back reallllyyy heavy your biceps are getting trained again. along if you do flies for chest, your biceps will still work slightly. im not as tall. im only 5'9 and my arms went from 17 1/2 inches, training as frequently as possible, to 19 inches with wayy less training. recovery is key, especially if youre not on gear. AT LEAST this was my experience. 19 inch arms on a 5'9 looks very impressive, and its been my goal for years and I finally achieved it. mike mentzer style workouts pushed me past plateaus... 50 inch chest now as well.

What I find most interesting is that all people who have developed an impressive physique share what works for them, but the strategy is never the same. Some elite bodybuilders, praise, high reps, while others praise going heavy, training once per week, training 2-3x per week, etc. It really just comes down to consistency, progressive overload, adequate rest and adequate nutrition. I’ve been training for 22 years, name it, I’ve done it. At 5’9”, consuming 6000 cal per day, I could never break 185 pounds without gear. It’s consistent hard work and genetics. Period!

Heres what I do on bicep day. No matter what machine you're on, or if youre doing dumbells or a bar, start with high weight. Just under your one rep max. Go until failure. Without resting, lower the weight, and continue until failure. Continue to lower the weight and go until failure 4 or 5 times until you can barely do like 40 pound two arm curls or like 20 pound single arm curls. Only then do you rest. Consider that being ONE set. Thats a great way to build biceps.
