Great video, especially the end bit :) In Sydney, I love what I do in my career and my Job, the company, salary, work life, work environment, supports around, great number of resources, feel supported, all is great! But I don't feel challenged and feel I can do so much more. My potential is not being utilised that I have developed in all these years working for the current company and the past experiences I have had. The current work I do is a very complex one, but I have mastered it so well that it feels like a cake walk. Time to come out of my comfort zone and face some challenges as then is when, I will grow personally and professionally :) Thank you so much Sanjna for all these videos! It really helps so many of us :) Awesome, so professionally expressed... I have been watching other videos too and have been making notes :)

They didn't ask for my previous salary - they only asked for my salary expectations for the new role :)

No, it was also called internal audit :)
Crazy if you are expecting 7-10% raise in this economy unless you are being severely underpaid. All the Big 4 did layoffs this year already.
