I was getting way too emotional about throwing stuff out. There was a journal notebook called Throw It Away by Guru Notebooks that helped a lot, for me to think through whether or not I really need or want this. Stuff just drags us down.

Baby wash works great for hair/face/body! I've used it since my teens, and they have ones with nice fragrance but if you're sensitive like me, they always have fragrance free versions and very minimal ingredients. Easy to get in travel sizes as well!

Hi Louise! I am moving apartments in two weeks and I have been watching all of your videos on repeat they have been so inspiring. Decluttering is kind of addicting because of the feeling afterwards. I feel clear and at ease especially when I gift the stuff to someone else that will use it so it’s not waste. Can’t wait for your next video! P.s where did you get your earring? I love the shape

Yes 🙌 It’s the feeling of offering the stuff we don’t use / need anymore to someone that will use it instead of going to the trash and wasting environmental resources 🌍💚 I’m really glad to know that you like my videos, thank you and I wish you good luck for your moving! 😄

Laura Mercier has amazing vanilla scented products, both body lotion and perfume, but don’t know how good ingredients it contains. At least it is a french brand ;)

I’ve heard you can use vanilla extract as perfume and there is a brand of soap we have in the states called Dr. Bronner’s that you can use for so many different things! Not sure if it’s available in Europe though 🙂 they make it in bars and bottles!
