what's crazy is that you could go even more light weight very easily if you really wanted/needed to! that book, the stuff on the keychain, the hairbrush, lots of things could be made smaller or cut out altogether or a smaller/lighter alternative exists

@@aisubramanianI am not travelling into the desert. If I’m sick, I will go to a pharmacy 😊 And even while travelling I cook most of my meals at « home » so no problems about getting fresh fruits, veggies, rice and pasta all over the world 😊

thank you :) just some thoughts.. I think it is easier to clean and declutter if you are singel, if you are married you might be forced to have a little bit more patience ;) If you are singel it is easier to just get rid of things you do not want.

She has a vest top, trousers, shirt, hoodie, a sarong, and a dress . . . One full set of underwear, spare socks and a bikini set. I also work on one full change of clothes (but l don't use swimwear as the second set of underwear, l need to think about a more supportive bikini for that)

I find IKEA bags to be incredible quality for low prices. I have a fold up weekend bag, it was £5. I carry it in my handbag when I travel in case I need it.

I stopped buying things. I find it so hard to choose what to get rid of and what to keep. When I first moved to Paris I came with a full car and a full truck so I had way more stuff than today. When I started to declutter almost 2 years ago, I did not a drastic change, it was baby steps. But yes I will make a another video on this topic for sure ☺️ That’s really great that you want to simplify your life. I’m with you! 💪 Little tip for now is to stop adding new things into your space because otherwise it will be a never ending cycle 🙂

Amazing! I didn't know you can use the Dr Bronner's soap in your hair, I will definitely try this! Last time I travelled, I used a tote bag a little big bigger than this, kind of like a fake longchamp bag. It was a little more than I wanted to do but I was travelling in autumn! For my next summer trip I think I will be more like you with my kånken backpack!

I’m really intentional with what I buy, I try to buy / consume only what I need. We need to slow down and realise that very often we don’t need to buy new things, we just have to use what we already have 😌 And a positive bonus is that we are able to save more money overtime 😄

Not Louise. But in my experience I have really sensitive skin/hair. Dr Bronners was too much for my hair. But it’s fine for my face and body.

Yes it live them greesy but it’s normal it’s because our hair is too used to regular shampoo and the chemicals that goes with it. 😊 After a few weeks of use the hair is amazing !

I’m really intentional with what I buy, I try to buy / consume only what I need. We need to slow down and realise that very often we don’t need to buy new things, we just have to use what we already have 😌 And a positive bonus is that we are able to save more money overtime 😄

Louise, what is your experience with using Dr Bronner's soap on you hair? It doesn't dry them out or live them greesy?
Not Louise. But in my experience I have really sensitive skin/hair. Dr Bronners was too much for my hair. But it’s fine for my face and body.
Yes it live them greesy but it’s normal it’s because our hair is too used to regular shampoo and the chemicals that goes with it. 😊 After a few weeks of use the hair is amazing !
I found liquid dr bronners too drying. Not sure about the bar form.
