How I Cracked ISB YLP Deferred MBA | Indian School Of Business | Young Leaders Programme 2022
In this video, I am going to share my experience of applying for ISB's YLP program. ISB, Indian School Of Business, is one of the best B-Schools in India. It is also a dream college for many MBA aspirants in India. Even though you need a minimum work experience of 2 years to get an admit in ISB, it also also offers a deferred MBA program known as Young Leaders Program(YLP). Through ISB YLP, college students studying in their final and pre final year can get into ISB's flagship Post Graduate Program In Management.
I applied for ISB YLP in my pre final year while I was studying Computer Science at IIIT Delhi. Even though I had an average CGPA and an average GMAT score, I got an admission in ISB through their YLP program. I believe that my startup experience, extra-curricular activities and multiple internships played a key role in my selection. Through this video, I want to share my experience and some preparation strategies with all the YLP aspirants.

If you are doing an MBA from a top B-School, then I don't think its hyped.

Then you can apply for their PGP program as your are not eligible for YLP
