He tends to focus on the food and the place a lot more, talks and banters with the staff and customers, and just generally focuses on creating an entertaining, funny, high quality video. Somehow it actually makes me hungry watching it, which I can't say the same thing for the scenes in this.

    Exercising excessively and/or fasting after a huge binge is a form of bulimia called "non purging bulimia" All of them had similar backgrounds, bullied for being overweight when they were younger and work out obsessively to keep the weight off. They may be physically fit but mentally there's issues there.

    I had active non purging bulimia in my 30's. I looked extremely physically fit as i ran 1/2 marathons competitively, did team rowing and was a weight lifter. I hid my binging. My binges looked a LOT like their competitive eating. I could binge 10,000 calories easily in one sitting. Then fast and limit my intake until the binge took over again. At the time I weighed 130 pounds. I weigh 130 pounds now, but it is 30 years later and post a lot of therapy and treatment. I no longer binge. And at 62 years old, my physical activity and food intake is reasonable. All of these "competative" eaters seem to have past weight and body image issues.

Your son will become more secure as an adult if he knows he is good enough for his father. Be strict and raise him up to be a better father than you are let him learn from your mistakes and teach him how important respect is for us men but do it lovingly. Remember that all he wants is your approval. It’s so much easier to correct bad behavior if your son knows that whatever mistakes he makes you will never stop loving him. Try it and come back to me if you still disagree. Reading the Bible on what it says about how to raise sons could also be helpful. A lot of wisdom in that book my friend. Did not mean to offend you but there’s a difference between being what you call soft and actually you giving your kid a hug once in a while. Teeth and saliva are part of the digestive system. It is recommended to chew food about 32 times to properly masticate it, preparing it for the stomach.

  • @23nacho23

    @23nacho23

    But who actually does that, not many. Even if you deliberately chew, trying to chew every bite 32 times is not easy. But I agree that that is the proper and healthy way to eat. It breaks down the food properly with the chewing, saliva generation, and stomach acids. It also helps control your portions as it takes longer allowing you to feel fuller than you are as well as your jaw getting tired so you just don’t eat those massive meals.
