Never in my life did I think geometry dash would offer a place for speed running but here we are.

I find it funny that robtops counter to people abusing bad spike hitboxes to do skips wasn't "Fix the hitboxes", it was "Add sneaky spikes"

Sadly you can't, they tried lots of methods during 2.2 but the jump was impossible. In the latest version though its barely possible to do the jump and it gets consistent with time

I hope robtop designs the next tower floor with speedrunning more in mind so the skill ceiling is higher

I should have probably mentioned that I was mainly referring to the first 3 levels 💀. The last one is definitely alot harder lol

The crazy thing is that beating us possible with good rng and hitting the jack cycle

Alex definitely deserves the record.

There’s a glitch where if you enter then leave then renter the bit with the orange balls on tower 4 then one of the balls glitch out which could maybe save some time

The world record was literally set on my birthday that is insane

I died a little inside when you described the levels as "pretty easy for most players" (maybe it's just because I have practically zero platforming experience aside from Celeste, but I just cannot get used to the physics)

honestly, I would say level 1-3 are the main easy ones, but the last level is pretty hard because of the bossfight in my opinion.

I think you used the word "yet" in a wrong way early in the video, and in a weird way a little before half way into the video. Nice video apart from that. And yes, as you say at the end, the most important thing is that you enjoyed making it. :)

I've done the first "skip" mentioned in this video when the level came out once. Never knew it was actually this hard because I'm ass
