Nah I had no prior convictions and my first dui was a felony, was on a date with a lady and bc she was passenger when I crashed my car on its side, they charged me with assault with a deadly weapon in the 3rd degree. I climbed out perfectly fine and we both weren’t hurt and 0 restitution fees but apparently I assaulted her and now I’m a felon lol
