    Good stuff I didn't know you were in Virginia. I'm half the year in Norfolk VA the other half in Sarasota Bradenton. For me the Masters in Virginia three books and a couple days later I passed the exam on the second try. On the other hand getting your license in Florida you're better off jumping off the end of a 40-foot ladder. I almost died several times especially after the 8-hour exam for business and then another 8-hour exam to include almost 30 books for the trade knowledge. Total insanity

    Hold up, when you say they can't do jobs over $1000, are you saying as a solo tech or even if your with a company? I'm a 2nd year apprentice and have done 40k plus jobs solo. I work for a contractor tho so, not sure if that makes a difference.

    I have a question, I currently live in VA and I'm working towards my journeyman license, but I went to Trade School in New Jersey where I'm original from, can I use the trade School hours that I have and put them for my journeyman "240 hours" of Schooling or do I have to go to school in VA?

    Hey man in the video (which was very informative) you have an NFPA 31 2020 oil book and a 2012 mechanical code book but athomeprep says you need the NFPA 2011 oil book and 2018 mechanical code book for Va test? were you able to use the 2011 oil book and 2012 mechanical code book anyway with no issues or did you take the test for Va a while ago? Thanks

    I just took this test a few weeks ago These were books that I had and I didn't feel like purchasing the updated versions. They worked out great. I had no problems

    You don’t need a license to drive in Georgia. Refrigeration has no requirements in GA either. I’m taking my Alabama exam in May.
