I want to send my foreign spouse to the us without me. just a tourist visa to visit my family for a few days. but I don't have time off to travel with them. is this possible?

@@HackingImmigrationLawLLC Thanks for getting back to me. I filled my U Visa in May 2016, I've never heard from the immigration since then. I have no EAD, can't travel, I'm just curious, is there any way I can obtain an EAD before a decision is made on my case. Because it's so hard to make it without a real job. I also wanted to know, what is the waiting like for U visas? Thanks so much
