When do I need to send/show documents proving the relationship? When do I submit my I-485/I-30 or when do I go to the interview?

You need to show the proof of the relationship in the I-129F. You submit the I-485 *after* your partner has the K-1 visa approved and marries you within 90 days. The K-1 expires after you are married so the I-485 is a sworn testament that the newly married partner wishes to "adjust their status" while waiting for a marriage-based green card.

If I am divorced but I did not submit the translation of the divorce in my case before uscis, would it be denied?

I have a 3 year visa and I lost the first 1 1/2 of chat history due to getting another phone and not backing up whats app( big mistake) but I currently have logs of full chat history dating back to September 2020 till this current time. our visa was flagged/refused for insuffient evidence of relationship so we printed out our chat history that we could. but we are unable to show our proof of communication from march 18th 2019-september 2020. do you think that is enough for a visa approval or do they need the whole time of the 3 year relationship witch is what they asked for.

Only include what USCIS wants to see from you and the beneficiary. I created two of the same files. One goes to the beneficiary to give to the Embassy during the interview.

I'm on SSI and I'm the petitioner. My beneficary lives in Indonesia. I'm going to visit her for 2 and a half weeks in June. When I get back I'm immediately making an appoinment with the USCIS office. I will have my I-129F packet completed and supporting documents by then. My question is I, the petitioner, am on SSI. I was born here in the U.S. and have my birth certificate. Do I need to worry about being denied? If so, I can file an appeal for discrimation correct?

@@sarahbrower2453 Unfortunately, no. However, my fiancé makes an amazing amount of money and it'll be temporary, but she'll be the supporting household size. Thing is, the u.s. immigration says it doesn't matter. I have to meet the poverty guideline. It's so stupid that we can't be on temporary (just until I go back to work which will be by the end of next year 2023) assistance such as foodstamps if needed or at least until she gets her job here. It's so hard to find a woman now a days who truely love me and doesn't mind temporarily being the bread winner (she can support us to meet the poverty guideline met at: net). I was born with mental aligments that makes school and work very difficult, but not impossible for me, so I didn't have a choice. Thing is, at this point, it's 50/50 of us not making it because of this "roadblock" 🥺 Thank you very much for reaching out and talking to me. It helps; I feel all alone. Cold, very scared fearful and saddened. My fiancé says she love me regardless and we'll get through it together. She doesn't understand the situation now. It's not our call, unfortunately. you and my cousin have very similiar names the way. Exactly the same except her last name is bower. So unique you and her names so similiar

If you don't have any kids then it's very suspicious and they will ask you more difficult questions.

I filed i129f for my fiancé her son come over to us . My lawyer didn’t file it tell June 16 and we still waiting for approve and her son turn 21 January 31 because Uscis are process visa slower then normal pace , so will her son age out because of situation ? Is way stop him from aging out

Hi! We are trying to make an online application I-130 for a spouse. And really got confused: where relationship proofs (which we gothered into pdf files) have to be submitted??? The closest in meaning fields to submit files are: religous records, school records!!! Shall we submit relationship proofs into these forms? Or better not to do online application at all and go for paper? Is the online application not designed properly? Or we are doing something wrong?
