Thanks for the video! It did help. We've received our NOA2 🤞 For those wondering, I used a lawyer and what we included was: Engagement ring receipt. Tourist visa approval letter for the foreign country. Passport stamps. Flight itinerary. Airline ticket stubs. Hotel receipts. Rental car contact/receipts. Travel & rental car insurance plans. 18 photos with dates, places, and captions showing us together, with family and friends, and at unmistakable local landmarks. 36 pages of WhatsApp texting--3 screenshots per page--along with clearly displayed dates and captions describing what was going on. i.e. communication during key moments (initial courtship, travel, etc), as well as ongoing communication (at least 1 screenshot per month).

I submitted five photos with very detailed subscriptions and was approved. Also with a couple receipts.

hello. thank you for your video they are very helpful! I do have one question about the photos of me and my fiancee and her family. I was wondering if they needed to be on photo paper or can I just print them out with my printer paper? Also, do the receipts have to be hard copies or can I print out my bank statements showing restaurant, cost, and location? As I no longer have the hard copies of anything so I am not able to photo copy ANYTHING. photos, receipts and all of my evidence are on my phone and will be printed out

Yes the receipts and other proof can be printed out on paper. Photo paper is definitely ideal but you may use the regular paper as long as the prints are visible and in good quality. You can be as creative as you want.

Thankfully but in our case, we did not have the chance to get to know each other. Although, my fiance and I are corresponding for more than 4 years. .. He is now, almost 70. Had a stroke one year after we begin the online dating. And after that, his doctor counsel not him to travel for avoiding clots. I, had for twice, my visa denied.😏

Hello, yes po. They have an official website punta po kayo sa uscis.gov wala pong detailed instructions ang lahat ng US Immigration agencies dahil umiiwas po sila sa lawsuit so lahat po ng detailed requirements and papers ay makukuha mo lang through generous resources from people who write about it or visa agencies at paid immigration lawyers.

I think that showing a long term relationship is very helpful so for sure, show the evidence! Your MUST show evidence of meeting in the last 2 years of course, but if you can go back several years, it makes it easier to show them you are in a real relationship. In my case, I have just decided to apply for a K1 after us first meeting in 2015 in person! What I am doing is to make a one page summary, with photos, of each of my 10 trips to see her. Only one visit was in the last 2 years due to Covid, but with 9 previous visits, it is pretty clear our relationship is real. If you have been engaged for a long time, I would show that too, as long as you have real proof of the engagement. They know many applicants forge things, and if they think something is being faked, they may come down hard on you. Be very thoughtful that what you provide appears legitimate and will strengthen your case.

you can translate it yourself. Send proof you can speak English, like a Toefl score , so they know you choose to speak another language not because you don't know English. In my case I submitted a supporting document with my Toefl exam so they know that we communicate in English. I am Albanian

Wala naman pong problema sa timeline ng relationship basta po kumpleto ang proof of meeting in person and supporting documents. And you must file within the 2 year period after meeting each other.

@@MYLODS opo. Correct. After filing, it is now the USCIS job to consider the petition whether they approve it or not. Once approved, do your best at the interview in proving that the relationship is genuine by answering questions well and present complete requirements.

Importante yata un mga pics nio together proof he visited you here nag meet kau. And also your fiance income yan pinaka importanti. My fiancé just got back from usa at wala akong na keep na receipts form restaurant, but maybe moneygram receipts will help my aunt showed all the receipts from moneygram during her interview 2017 nakatulong siguru un and she passed the visa, pero helpful din ung may video call kau screen shots. Ako walang conversation evidence sa chats kc more on video calls kmi everyday. Sana na back up mo lahat nung video call screen shot mo

When do you submit evidence of relationship? With the I-129f, or later when prompted?

Hello po, usually they use letter size 8.5x11 or yong short, dati po before covid ok lang kung walang letter basta ready ang status na ceac tracker pero ngayon highly recommended po na maghintay sa letter dahil sa changes and limits ng Embassy due to covid
