How Do I Motivate Myself To Go To The Gym and Workout? ...I hate myself for feeling so lazy... 😥

If you can't find the motivation to get to the gym and workout... this video is for you!
This question was submitted during one of our LIVE Total Fitness Bodybuilding Video Q & A's and it's a good one that I'm sure a lot of people can relate to. So I wanted to make a separate video dedicated to covering how to motivate yourself to workout without feeling stressed or anxious about the process.
One thing that I respect about the person who asked this question is how he was honest and right to the point. Most people mask their procrastination, lack of motivation, and laziness as: "I don't have time to go to the gym". When deep down you and I both know that everyone has 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you have all the time there is.
But he didn't use time as an excuse, he just came right out and said it was lack of motivation and feeling lazy that's preventing him from going to the gym... Kudos for the honesty, that's a step in the right direction!
The next step is to forgive yourself for past mistakes and give yourself permission to start again on a clean slate. Let go of any expectations of what you used to be able to do in the past and focus on what you can do starting right now - TODAY.

    Best thing to do is visit a local bike shop, they can help you choose a bike that meet your style of riding and body type. Cycling is quite popular in the UK so you shouldn't have any trouble finding a local bike shop.

    It might help with energy, but laziness for a lot of people is mostly a mental issue not a physical one.

    @@TotalFitnessBodybuilding yes, that's true, I know what you mean 😀 but I notice when I use ginseng that I also feel more like to go exercising, it's a kind of boost to start doing something again, it helps me in any case 🙂
