Thank you so much
Thanks I was wondering about that
Hahaha... thank you! I appreciate how you give accurate information about the law; and I love when you recognize why it doesn't make sense. Thank you!
You the best!
Thanks Attorney.
You pretty much summed up all of my questions on this video. Thank you. If you see the logo on my profile pic, i think you'll like of what's to come. It's already registered :) But need the clarification on adding more since the information the USPTO sent in was a little unclear to me. have a good one!
Great video. I'm starting a clothing line actually, kinda weird you used that as the example, but cool.

That was intentional. :-) It's a common question when I'm dealing with clothing lines. Glad it helped!
Is there a process of fillings more than one simultaneously or add as such like classes?
Thanks you it’s really helpful. I have a question. I am going to register a Trademark for Clothing and sporting goods. I also have plan to sell bags and wallets later this year. Do I need to apply for 2 class and put 2 class as intend to you. Is this correct ?
Thank you so much. Well Explained! So, Basically, I have up to 3 years to prove to the USPTO that I am selling all the items mentioned from my clothing line. Correct me, Aiden if I am Wrong?? I've heard otherwise while your trademark is being file you have to proof you are selling in a period of 6-8 months?
2:04 ( infinite millions goods and services ) if you put intended to use class or categories, do you not have to pay for those class and categories?
Great video! Thanks! Quick question? Can you help me trademark my clothing brand if I’m not from Colorado? And what would be a estimate on trademark a brand name and logo? Just so I know how much I’m looking to spend. Thanks for all your videos! They are super helpful! 😊

Yes, I can work with people all over the US on trademark-related matters. I'd be happy to help! You can find my pricing information at www.180lawco.com/my-fees and schedule a consultation at www.180lawco.com/scheduling. Thanks so much for watching!
Thanks for the video. If someone has a Class 35 application, could they place the TM on the tag of a clothing item as a specimen?
@allupinyobiz
4 жыл бұрын
Yes! That is typically an acceptable specimen for clothing.
For all of these classes do I have to pay for each one?
Would it be worthwhile to pursue a trademark that is a slight variation of a surname or would that be a complete waste of time?
There’s something I still don’t understand. If you already have a trademark in one class, and file again a couple of years later in another class, will the examiner note that you are the owner of the other trademark? For example, I’m considering filing in class 41 for fitness education. I could conceivably start selling products under that mark in class 28 later, but I’m reluctant to file in both classes at once. (The mark is very slightly similar to an existing trademark in class 28 and I don’t want it to be rejected.) My concern is that the examiner wouldn’t later grant the class 28 registration because it could create confusion with my own class 41 registration.

I’m wondering the same thing! I don’t want the examiner to think that it’s a different person trying to file.
Are classifications 44 and 45 similar?
May I just use the word APPAREL?
I’m in the process of trademarking I sake body butter and examiner made a mistake on the class/goods area of the application it’s in the allowance phase can this be corrected?

Possibly, but it depends! Feel free to visit www.180lawco.com/tmcontact if you'd like to discuss it further. Thanks for watching!
From my research/understanding, once you file a trademark, then you cannot amend it; meaning you can't add or delete (you suggested that you could delete). Also, you can't have a trademark with both "in use" and "intent to use". Can you clarify?
@allupinyobiz

You can delete classes and can sometimes amend classes during the registration process, but it depends on the circumstances. You can have an application that is current use for one class and intent to use for another class.
At 0:33 I see a ring on the finger. Is this and old video or did you get engaged again. Just curious.

Do you pay more the more classes you include?
@allupinyobiz

Yes. The USPTO filing fees are per class.
