I have been going nuts on my first app trying to figure out if you can drop a couple of categories but retain the class in response to an office action, definitely answered a question or two as I craft the id and read a few dozen USPTO cases (good thing they're bite-sized)

Great information! Okay, so I forgot to describe that the tittle in the "i" of one of the words in my trademark is a heart instead of the standard tittle. Do I need to submit an amendment for something so small like that??
I have a Q: If I am making a video and you can hear someone speaking BUT you NEVER show their face AND they are NOT someone anyone would recognize by JUST their voice, do I need a release?
