Very helpful video! Just want to mention that, mayonnaise is actually an oil-in-water emulsion, where oil droplets are dispersed by a continuous water phase. It may seem counterintuitive because there is way more oil than water in mayonnaise.

What is the best way to chemically Demulsifier water and oil?
Will only adjusting ph to neutral be enough to Demulsifie?
I want to break the stable nanoemulsion to obtain the oil for measuring. But I can not do it. Can you suggest me the useful way to break it.. Please help me
