So I missed it in the video because we didn’t find it out until after I recorded, but RG does now work with soulscar. This doesn’t CHANGE any of the issues, just adds a talent point we take for free damage that doesn’t really change any issues (just makes the tree stronger).

How cool would it have been if we just got way more GLAIVE abilities for a Glaive oriented hero class? Like AOE glaives, single target dot or buff glaives, and a small variety of visuals for them. I would have seriously been happy with that. This is... just a series of buff windows that aren't fun or visually stimulating at all

Yeah, would’ve been cool to see less on buffing chaos strike and leaning towards the throw glaive play style. Was a perfect opportunity to add the “blade dance-throw glaive” tier set in the hero tree. Overall I feel like chaos strike buffs should be in fel scarred only. Incisive blades should buff throw glaive instead.

I’m in the exact same boat as you. DH is what got me to really sink my teeth into WoW and I haven’t looked back. I’ve played nearly all the classes in the game and DH has my heart!

I'm a Havoc main since Legion and will continue to be a Havoc main in TWW. I've suffered through bad builds before, I'll suffer through it again if I must.

Mostly just DH because of time reasons, will probably be alting a surv or WW in war, maybe ret if I have time

the same thing happened with the affixes with sanguine, bolstering and enrager it went in one ear and it instantly came back out blizzard kills me you didn't listen to us

My theory is the class designer for DH, Warrior, and Rogue are the same... as they all feel a little "off" compared to the other designs.

I feel you there. I don’t know a single time mage has ever not been a mainstay in any form of content. Sadly, I e be we played a mage in all my 20 years of playing this game, it I’m hard thinking of playing one in TWW.

@@nickolasroper3237 i was main Havoc for 5 years but i ended my suffering this expansion. Sadly this game and it's community is not focused on having fun but in playing whatever is meta if you want to go big. if you don't have a premade team that is willing to get handicaped then you are done.

I'm really enjoying my hunter in remix, so it is looking better and better for my raiding main comer the TWW.

I’m hopeful that the lack of changes to fel-scarred is a sign that they’re doing a lot of work to it and aren’t planning on showing the changes to it until the visuals are done to go with them

Agree with every point here, like wtf is blizz doing? Their fans have a better touch on the pulse of the game than the devs....Basically, they want everyone to be a caster.

For fire mage: let's think about class fantasies and make insanely cool stuff that is strong, complements gameplay etc! For DH: hmm, they are lacking visuals, they have to micro mamage a ton of shit. Hiw about we add more of the things people dont want? Yeah sounds about right. Literally on the spot I could make better ideas: make chaos strike have a chance to apply a immolation like debuff that does AoE damage and explodes, maybe giving you some ressources. Make you throw glaives at multiple targets making the next hit they take from you apply a bleed. Make something to extend our active immolation auras, for example when we consume one of the enhanced abilities etc. Etc. So easy but they wont.

Glad i hopped off this ship entirely for another game. Ill always love DH but hate the lack of attention it gets.

Looks such shit to me, Even in the bottom of the tree we cant get anything we want to, we're just locked into what we already had . if they dont do something decent i'll not play at all. Anyways nice videos ! :)

I think a lot of wow content creators make the mistake of just covering one class. We watch your videos becuase you're a massive nerd and theory craft stuff for us. Be a nerd on survival hunter and we will still watch

There's still two months left and from the Hunter rework you can see that they can make a spec great in one week. I imagine they'll be hitting a lot of the lackluster hero specs after they're done with the other classes they've been working on. IDK I've always been hopeful about these kind of things because even when a class releases in a poor state it gets reworked and becomes top tier you see it with ret paladin with rogue (though the hero talents suck now they're Even worse than this tree) and with DH itself. There's no reason to doom yet

They did in Dflight. There was a rotation recently (and class development is pretty collaborative) so idk where it’s at now

To be honest, reavers glaive is insane in PvP. It definitely adds more complexity to DH with a bigger payoff in certain scenarios (like pvp). From what I’ve played on the beta, it doesn’t really feel great to play in PvE. Fel scarred is 100% going to be buffed and reworked.
